The Stock Associate is responsible for supporting the selling process and the basic operations of the store, by contributing to the customers' exceptional shopping experience through greeting, stock, care, fitting room control, process basic transactions promptly and accurately, and ensuring the backroom is organized and running in an effective, productive and safe manner. The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for the processing of all daily shipping and packing activities, ensuring timely delivery to our customers. REPORTING TO Warehouse Supervisor ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Follow shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping/receiving schedules and average shipment goal of 40-45 per day, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. A stocker for Atticus has two main responsibilities: organization of retail backstock and maintaining stock levels on the retail floor. The stocker will work with the Purchasing Manager and Store Manager to merchandise products based on featured items, seasonality, and upcoming holidays.
