ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Materials Associate to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our production and business growth through the material management and inventory flow. WHAT YOU'LL DO Process shipping and receiving Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product Prepare all documentation for outbound shipments: Bill of Lading, Packing List and Commercial Invoice as required Key person to ensure material movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution Complete cycle counts with a focus on reconciliation of all discrepancies Conduct all warehouse activities with safety and inventory accuracy as a top priorities Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks Courier inventory as needed between Anduril' s sites in Quincy, MA and Quonset, RI Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role Valid driver's license 1+ years forklift experience, forklift certification preferred Familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems and/or other warehouse management systems and inventory control tooling Familiarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch tracking Excellent customer service skills Able to adapt in fast-paced environments Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Shipping Process shipments and paperwork (i.e., carriers, labels, BOLs) using current operating systems. Pick and prepare materials for shipment. Assist sales with questions or issues in regards to customers shipments. Notify sales of late deliveries and ship schedule changes. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials Inspect orders to ensure product meets customer requirements. Maintain work area to assure a neat and functional space. Provide tracking information as required. Receiving Ensure receiving forms are completed and provided to accounting. Maintain receiving paperwork and samples in an organized manner. Warehouse Monitor inventory of supplies such as boxes, tape, spools. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Store completed production items and assure they are identified and their storage location is recorded. Pick and return materials needed by production and sales, as needed Inspect and maintain safety of lift trucks, pallet jacks, and all other equipment needed to perform the duties of the material handler. Inventory control including cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. QUALIFICATIONS: Forklift experience Good verbal and written communication Ability to anticipate and solve problems, and perform simple math calculations Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines Proficient with data entry and inventory software Skilled in the safe operation of hand jacks, lift trucks and other material handling equipment Able to lift up-to 50 lbs. The Stocker is an hourly position responsible for stocking groceries and servicing customers by maintaining the Farm retail stand in conformance with established Farm policies, strategies, and procedures. Primary Responsibilities: Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of customer service and responsiveness to the needs of individuals, families, businesses, and organizations served by the Farm. 1) Provides courteous and attentive service to customers by answering questions, directing them to products, and keeping the Farm stand clean and orderly. Stays familiar with retail layout and products. 2) Responsible for maintaining and stocking product displays. Ensures products are properly rotated, organized, stocked, labeled and clean. 3) Communicates to Market Manager or Assistant Manager when low on/out of product. 4) Responsible for keeping the retail facilities clean and organized. Removes trash and recycling, sweeps floors, and dusts display areas. 5) May assist with other duties as needed such as bagging groceries, sweeping, organizing and cart retrieval. Title: Strawberry Picker (seasonal) Dept: Field Hours: 21 - 42 hours a week; morning only shifts available Report to: Farm Field Manager Wage: $16.50 - $18.00 an hour depending on experience Under the direction of the Farm Field Manager the Strawberry Picker is a position lasting for the five weeks of strawberry season. Strawberries often ripen around June 5th and stay strong until the 4th of July. Picking takes place in the morning and afternoon. The Strawberry Picker may transition to a Farm Field Hand position for the afternoons during strawberry season or at the completion of strawberry season. We are looking for people who want to work hard, enjoy the company of their fellow workers, produce a worthwhile product, and enjoy the outdoors (rain or shine). This position works well for people who are interested in getting started in the farming industry. In our daily work we: Pick strawberries daily for 4-8 hours a day in all weather. Record the yield and deliver berries to the Farm Stand. Follow all established procedures. Maintain our high harvest quality expectations. Harvest quickly, speed is essential.
