The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. They are also responsible for the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stock room. Position Summary: The Warehouse Technician is responsible for monitoring inventory and enforcing all material handling standard operating procedures, assisting with physical inventory counts, receiving and tracking Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) inventory of data modems (ONTs), Wi-Fi gateways and mesh units as well as miscellaneous installation materials. Occasionally provides pickup, delivery, and loading/unloading of CPE, materials, and equipment by safely operating fleet vehicles. Full physical counts and recurring cycle counts. Manually loads and unloads deliveries and daily pick-ups. Schedule pickups with freight carriers. Inform contacts of order status. Report submissions. Warehouse organization and cleaning. Continued education and training of WMS system. Ensure that regulatory compliance requirements are met. Address and resolve any shipment or delivery errors. Document errors before signing and returning carrier copy. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
