Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.
Makes an effort to learn customers' names and to address them by name whenever possible.
Assists customers by: (examples include)
escorting them to the products they're looking for
securing products that are out of reach
loading or unloading heavy items
making note of and passing along customer suggestions or requests
performing other tasks in every way possible to enhance the shopping experience.
Answers the telephone promptly when called upon, and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call including taking customer orders.

Unloads trucks, checks in product, puts product away, and may review invoices.
Ensures storage area is organized, the floor is not slippery, and the temperature is constant and correct.
Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.
Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:

The primary responsibility of this position is to pick parts from the warehouse for the production floor. Employees will move throughout the warehouse, predominantly on foot, to locate and retrieve the required parts. Once the parts are picked, they will be placed on carts, forklifts, or tuggers to facilitate transportation to the production floor, enabling the production team to seamlessly continue the assembly process and build units.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pick parts from the warehouse for production orders.
+ Utilize a cart to navigate the shop floor while picking orders and organizing products.
+ Assist the receiving team in checking and replenishing parts inventory.
+ Operate a pallet jack to move materials safely and efficiently.
+ Walk up to 5 miles or 10,000 steps per day.
+ Receive training and certification on a stand-up forklift.
**Essential Skills**
+ Material handling experience
+ Order picking and stocking experience
+ Experience with pallet jacks and packaging
+ Ability to read and write work reports
+ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 6+ months of warehouse experience
+ Willingness to learn forklift operation

+ Ability to stand all day in steel-toed shoes

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.
