Job Description
The Senior Human Resources Manager & Labor Relations provides strategic HR leadership and serves as the primary labor relations partner for the organization. This role oversees HR operations, employee relations, labor negotiations, and compliance across multiple sites, allocating approximately 40% of time supporting a secondary facility to ensure alignment, consistency, and strong HR partnership across both locations. Education:

The
Process Operator I
will be responsible for the control of the tank farm area by handling rail car and tank wagon deliveries and shipments. This operation is to be performed keeping safety as a primary objective and following established GMP, Safety, Regulatory, and Stratas Foods procedures and policies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Ensure all safety and GMP policies and procedures are followed while performing daily duties.
· Record operating data for the department such as products and quantities pumped off from gauge readings, operating times, lot numbers, seal numbers etc., and completing required documentation as needed.
· Unload bulk product and raw ingredients from railcar and tank wagon in a safe and timely manner to meet production demands.

· Read and interpret formulas to determine product specifications, processing information, and technical information.
· Responsible for recording production and test data for each food product batch, including ingredients, lot numbers, temperatures, and test results.
· Monitoring and regulating gauges, recording instruments, flow meters, and thermometers to correctly adjust the addition of raw materials, mixing speeds, etc. to maintain the quality of the product and ensure safe and efficient operations.
· Monitor product movement to and from the storage tanks, coordinate activities with other workers to ensure constant product flow. Replenish storage tanks regularly to meet the production schedule and avoid downtime.
· Support the production operation by opening and closing product supply valves to the production filling systems upon request from the machine operators.
· Patrolling the work area to detect any leaks, equipment malfunctions, and operating conditions and reporting any deficiencies to the Material Flow Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor.

Work to ensure compliance of all stormwater and waste water requirements via required tracking and monitoring.
Participate in and facilitate corrective actions for audits performed at the site.
Maintain all EHS related documentation as appropriate.
Qualifications
Education:

The Plant Project Engineer I will provide engineering support and project leadership for the plant The expectation is that this role will spend approximately 60% of the time on project related activities and 40% of the time on plant support activities. Job Description
The Mixer III will be responsible for the manufacturing of bulk food products to be filled and packed as required by the daily production schedule. This operation is to be performed keeping safety as a primary objective and following established GMP, Safety, Regulatory and Stratas Foods' procedures and policies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Adhere to all GMP and Safety requirements
· Read batch cards to determine product specifications, processing information, technical information.
· Record production and test data for each food product batch, such as: ingredients and lot numbers, used temperatures, mixing speeds, and test results.
· Monitor and regulate gauges, recording instruments, flow meters, and thermometers to correctly adjust the addition of raw materials, mixing temperatures, mixing speeds, etc. to maintain product quality, and ensure safe and efficient operation.
· Operate and tend machines to mix or blend any of a wide variety of food products such as edible oils, dressings, margarines, spreads, shortenings, cooking cherries, vinegars, cooking wines, etc.
· Patrol work area to detect leaks, equipment malfunctions, and to monitor operating conditions. Report any deficiencies to Production Supervisor / Maintenance Supervisor.
· Examine product samples during production to evaluate necessary in-process testing requirements.
· Sample in-process products for the quality assurance laboratory for testing.
· Test samples of products to ensure compliance with specifications, using test equipment. Document results in required logbooks and/or batch records. Report any deviations of results to the Quality Assurance Manager.
· Modify manufacturing directives with written authorization by the Quality Assurance Department by adjusting mixing cycles and/or addition of ingredients.

The

will operate machines such as filling equipment, cappers, labelers, sealers, and other related equipment to meet customer order driven production schedule. To perform duties in operating, repairing, overhauling mechanical equipment. Supervise the operation of machines and equipment. Replacing and replenishing containers of product to be filled and packaging supplies such as: film, laminate, and mount rolls on spindles
Responsible for completing documentation required for product quality assurance
Responsible for performing change overs and minor machine maintenance and adjustments as required, and effectively communicating with maintenance personnel when maintenance requirements are more considerable
Provide assistance to mechanics during preventative maintenance and machine service or repairs following proper Lockout/Tag out procedures

Purpose Statement

Job Description
The Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for the Safety, Health and Environmental policies, procedures and operations at the plant. Also responsible for training systems across all plant functional areas. Ensures the plant is in full compliance with all corporate, city, county, state and federal government Safety, Health and Environmental laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Follow all safety, environmental rules and regulations applicable to position.
Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirements.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, food safety, GMP rules, regulations and policies.
Collaborate with management to interpret, implement, and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal laws/regulations, with a deep understanding of their impact in a manufacturing environment.
Prepare and submit all required local, state, and federal environmental reports to ensure continuous plant compliance.
Ensures all incidents are reported and documented to the required departments/agencies.
Oversees the installation, maintenance and inspection of all security and fire protection systems, and effective hazard control strategies and programs.
Assist in conducting industrial hygiene assessments to monitor and maintain a safe working environment.
Actively participate as a key member of the plant's Safety Committee, contributing to safety initiatives and improvements.
Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure adherence to relevant policies in partnership with Human Resources.
Conduct thorough investigations of safety-related incidents and injuries, identifying trends, areas for improvement and working closely with management to determine root causes and corrective actions.
Review new or modified equipment and processes to assess and mitigate potential health, safety and environmental risks.

Complete required renewals of applicable permits and applications, environmental or other.
Complete annual/monthly/ weekly environmental inspection including SPCC and SWPPP inspections
Submit required reporting documentation to applicable regulatory agencies as needed
Manage site waste disposal and improvement projects.
Work to ensure compliance of all stormwater and waste water requirements via required tracking and monitoring.
Participate in and facilitate corrective actions for audits performed at the site.
Maintain all EHS related documentation as appropriate.
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree preferred.
Related Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience is required. In-depth knowledge safety, environmental, food safety, GMP rules, regulations and policies.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point; Proficient in navigating OSHA, EPA and other key HSE regulations/web sites.

The
Mixer III
will be responsible for the manufacturing of bulk food products to be filled and packed as required by the daily production schedule. This operation is to be performed keeping safety as a primary objective and following established GMP, Safety, Regulatory and Stratas Foods' procedures and policies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Adhere to all GMP and Safety requirements
· Read batch cards to determine product specifications, processing information, technical information.
· Record production and test data for each food product batch, such as: ingredients and lot numbers, used temperatures, mixing speeds, and test results.
· Monitor and regulate gauges, recording instruments, flow meters, and thermometers to correctly adjust the addition of raw materials, mixing temperatures, mixing speeds, etc. to maintain product quality, and ensure safe and efficient operation.
· Operate and tend machines to mix or blend any of a wide variety of food products such as edible oils, dressings, margarines, spreads, shortenings, cooking cherries, vinegars, cooking wines, etc.
· Patrol work area to detect leaks, equipment malfunctions, and to monitor operating conditions. Report any deficiencies to Production Supervisor / Maintenance Supervisor.
· Examine product samples during production to evaluate necessary in-process testing requirements.
· Sample in-process products for the quality assurance laboratory for testing.
· Test samples of products to ensure compliance with specifications, using test equipment. Document results in required logbooks and/or batch records. Report any deviations of results to the Quality Assurance Manager.
· Modify manufacturing directives with written authorization by the Quality Assurance Department by adjusting mixing cycles and/or addition of ingredients.
· Responsible for having knowledge of transfer valves, pumps, etc. which transfers bulk products from manufacturing tanks to running tanks.
· Clean and sanitize all the equipment necessary for the manufacture of food products.
· Must be willing to help the company with any task needed.

Job Description
The Plant Manager is responsible for all operations at the plant.
