About the role
Reporting to our Principal Team Lead, the Associate Strategic Consultant will lead the implementation of packaged offerings across multiple Bullhorn product lines. You will develop expertise across multiple Bullhorn applications and apply implementation methodology across all projects. You will work closely with the customer and account management to understand customer requirements and provide expertise to define and develop appropriate solutions while managing expectations to deliver an incredible customer experience.
A typical day will include...Managing Client Relationships across the implementation life cycle Initiating contact and establishing relationships with new clients while creating the foundation for a seamless transition from the point of sale throughout the implementation process Configuration of multiple applications in Bullhorn product portfolio
This role is a fit for you if...A proven track record of 1+ years of managing IT projects and/or ImplementationConsulting experience Project management skills including project planning, resource management, and budget oversight Track record of successfully managing the delivery of professional service engagements on time and within budget Experience guiding clients through a standardized process while keeping them within the scope of said process Experience holding external parties accountable to their responsibilities and commitments; and driving difficult conversations if they don't
