Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Make a sufficient number of outbound calls and effectively respond to all prospective student inquiries.

Advising Support Representative

The Advising Support Representative is responsible for creating a high-quality experience for learners throughout their experience at Capella University. This role leads the process of determining how we access prospect, applicant and student data from our SEI databases and building the framework that is utilized by the team of Data Analysts to support these day-to-day tasks. This role will also maintain these defined approaches and have ownership of ensuring they continue to meet general requirements over time. This individual will also play a critical role in up-front, strategic discussions to help determine how best to access and segment data to support business needs and determine what list data needs to be "ad-hoc" versus what data points can be integrated into our Email Service Platform to feed automated campaigns in a manner that will be advantageous to the SEI Marketing team and beyond. To support all these responsibilities, this role requires someone who can work on an enterprise level while also translating our macro level goals into project specific execution tactics.
Responsibilities

* Partner with project teams to define and develop relevant and accurate parameters for outbound marketing campaigns.
* Manage and deliver campaign audience lists or segment files as assigned, utilizing campaign & workflow tools.
* Deliver post-campaign reporting and insights using appropriate and innovative techniques of data retrieval and data visualization (providing trends, conclusions & recommendations).
* Lead and supports audience definition and segmentation of key business initiatives and strategies

Educational or Experience Responsibilities

* Bachelor's degree in quantitative field
* Familiarity with other analytic tools such as SAS, SQL, or R.
* Planning background with an ability to manage across teams and external partners
* Minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant digital agency and/or client-side marketing analytics experience
* Knowledge of analytical software and data retrieval tools, particularly SAS and Microsoft PowerBI
* Strong computer skills with a special emphasis on reporting/analysis
* Strong interpersonal skills - both verbal and written
* Ability to work autonomously within a very fast-paced environment

Strayer University's Relationship Marketing team seeks visionaries with a strategic mindset, creative spirit, and ability to execute. As our Associate Marketing Manager you will drive strategy and execution on 1:1 email and multi-channel communications. In this role, you will work closely with your leader to build out the roadmap to develop, optimize, and test our email marketing programs that target current leads and applicants. The role will integrate with numerous channels including email, direct mail, social and websites to improve the end-to-end experience driving both conversion, registrations, and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

* Support the strategy and execution for nurturing leads and applicants through email or other multi-channel experiences. Ensure exceptional end to end user experience by auditing and refining campaigns that drive business objectives.
* Translate business strategies and insights into marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and differentiation in the market.
* Utilize technology and data for segmentation, testing, automation, and personalization.
* Develop an understanding of data analytics, monitor daily activity, and identify trends; communicate findings to internal stake holders and leverage findings to determine strategy.
* This role will involve partnership and collaboration across teams including Marketing Analytics, Brand, Creative, Media, Web and Admissions to ensure strategic alignment
* Engage marketing leadership in key initiatives by providing recommendations and presenting results as needed.

Educational or Experience Requirements

* BS preferred.
* 2-5 years' experience in relatable marketing work, within a direct marketing or service organization.
* Marketing experience, preferably within advocacy and/or loyalty marketing with knowledge of email, direct mail, events, digital and social.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
