The Opportunity
We're seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a high-volume portfolio of small commercial accounts. You'll manage renewals, handle policy changes, resolve billing questions,and engage with customers - no prospecting required.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple accounts, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
Manage a book of small commercial accounts (approx. $2M in annual premium)
Oversee renewals, amendments, endorsements, and billing inquiries
Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy across all client transactions
Partner with underwriters and agency teams to deliver timely, professional service
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of commercial lines insurance experience (wholesale experience a plus)
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
High integrity and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (on-site Wednesdays & Thursdays; remote otherwise)
