Ken Moelis is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moelis & Company, a global independent investment bank that provides innovative strategic advice and solutions to a diverse client base, including corporations, governments and financial sponsors. Mr. Moelis has over 30 years of investment banking experience. Kenneth M. Jacobs (born 1957/1958) is the chairman and chief executive officer of Lazard since November 16, 2009. Jacobs joined Lazard in 1988.
