Reporting to the Senior Vice President Business Transformation and Chief of Staff, the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using Power Bi for advanced data analysis and visualization, along with a strong background in operational strategies and process improvement. The candidate will own both the building of analyses and standardization of reporting needed and the dissemination of insights to the field and leadership.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, CA.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 DOE

What Your Day Looks Like
Review and assess current Power BI reports and unify key elements into single BI dashboards where optimal.
Lead and work with the BI Team to assess data availability to ensure improved turnaround times for complex and/or time critical ad hoc analytics needs.
Mentor talent while cultivating a high-performance culture centered on speed, reliability, and impactful results.
Leveraging the BI Team, support and maintain all dashboards with a continual improvement mindset, focusing on impact and efficiency (load time, accuracy).
Own both standardized BI views and ad hoc reporting to meet business needs in support of key strategies and related plans as part of the strategic plan.
Collaborate with IT and Finance on data strategy including roadmap for data lake integrations to ERP, external APIs, accounting software, and various tools used by the business.
Lead the onboarding of new datasets to support new insights with support to BI Team and IT.
Work with BI Team and IT to optimize reporting speed and uptime.
Align with BI Team and within operating function team leads to share best practices and avoid redundancies.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand data points used by the business.
Act as a subject matter expert on reporting and data accuracy issues.
Guide teams to understand the problem statement, build hypothesis, test, and then implement analytical solutions & techniques.
Creatively embed advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems
Drive collaboration across teams to enhance idea generation and implementation of best practices related to technology, analytic approach, statistical, and data tools.
What We're Looking For
5-10 years of experience in analytics, IT, and/or operations. Previous experience in the apparel industry and/or consumer product goods is an advantage.
Proven track record of using advanced PowerBI skills as well as other business intelligence platforms to analyze large datasets, create insightful reports, and deliver actionable business intelligence.
Ability to identify areas of improvement within operational workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
History of combining multiple data sources and input points.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and provide data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, valves, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct vibration analysis and thermal imaging to predict equipment failures.
Work with lubrication systems to maintain production equipment.

Food Product Evaluator II

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•New Product Development Projects - Assist Product Development Managers by managing documentation and new food product demonstrations across multiple categories. Receive, log, label, and store food product sample submissions. Maintain inventory management system of product samples.
•Plan set-up, clean-up, and assist with product evaluations/cuttings, as assigned, and participate in cuttings and evaluate the organoleptic quality of products, as required. Create and distribute demonstration reports to cross-functional team.
•Execute product sample testing, as appropriate per category (ex: pH, viscosity, texture analyzer, etc.). Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
•Finished Product Specifications - Create, update, review and manage product files for finished product specifications in our internal specifications database system, including NLEA and ingredient statements, based on input and collaboration with supervisor, supplier, and cross-functional team members, as appropriate. Route specifications for approval.
Qualifications:
•Degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering or a similar discipline preferred.
•At least 3 years' experience in a lab, manufacturing, or production facility plus the education listed above.
•Thorough knowledge of food manufacturing equipment, food preparation, ingredient functionality, product formulations, and sensory evaluation procedures.
•Thorough understanding of food safety and microbiology. Working knowledge of packaging technology to evaluate adequacy of packaging.
•Able to operate simple chemical and analytical tools and laboratory equipment (refractometer, pH meter, simple titrations, and various measuring devices.)
•Excellent time management skills, sense of urgency and desire to complete all assignments on a timely basis.

Basic Qualifications :
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Ability to perform maintenance on food preparation and holding appliances/equipment. Understanding of and ability to operate under Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines and other food safety/sanitary guidelines. Additional Information :
Those assigned to the Electrician position are required to attend an annual Hearing Conservation training class and Lead Awareness class. They are also required to submit to an annual audiometric exam and a semi-annual Lead/Zinc blood test.

What Your Day Looks Like
Lead the development of top-down and bottom-up corporate-level financial merchandise plans, including sales, margin, receipts, product lifecycle, and inventory productivity.
Partner with Finance to align merchandise financial plans with corporate budgets, forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
Provide guidance and targets to demand planners and merchants to ensure alignment between enterprise financial goals and bottom-up assortment and channel strategies.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Merchandising, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7-10+ years of progressive experience in merchandise planning, financial planning, or corporate FP&A
At least 5 years of experience in a corporate environment
Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage enterprise-level sales, margin, and inventory plans.
Omni-channel merchandise planning experience preferred
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to model complex scenarios and simplify insights for executive decision-making.
Advanced Excel and financial planning system expertise.
