We're seeking a CRO Strategist to fulfill a vital role in the delivery of CRO projects, from identifying optimization opportunities using analysis and research to implementing and measuring split test experiments.

You'll work together to analyze, understand and solve conversion problems and realize objectives.
You'll identify and conceptualize solutions to conversion problems, split test them and report on how awesome your ideas proved to be. For this, you will need to:
Analyze, hypothesize and prioritize
Interrogate data and user behavior to build a true picture of performance across any given user journey
Uncover the 'why' behind an issue by evaluating user experiences and by gathering real user feedback from user testing (delivered by working with our user research team)
Pool results from analysis and research to construct informed and high-quality hypotheses that recommend solutions to remove blockers and/or enhance persuasive signals

Implement experiments

Set up robust split tests using a testing platform, carry out quality assurance testing and launch safely
Learn from results, report and refine
Monitor the progress of tests, interpret results using sound statistical analysis and draw additional critical insight by deep-diving segment data
Report to clients and internal Fresh Egg stakeholders on the progress and results of experiments, providing clients with accurate and understandable recommendations and reports
Refine and develop optimization strategies in line with client goals and changes in their environment
Maintain and develop client relationships to meet/exceed KPI targets
Requirements & Skills: Essential
Experience working in an online or digital role (agency or client-side)
Experience with web analytics tools and able to draw insights from data
Data analysis and manipulation skills, e.g. using MS Excel, Google Sheets etc.
An understanding of the core principles of CRO and UX and how they can be applied to web properties to improve performance

The Role
We're looking for a Product Strategy & Ops, Strategist III to strengthen how our Product team plans, delivers, and scales new products and features.

Own development of content calendar and key CRM messaging points for all campaigns
Help set CRM roadmap, testing goals, and priorities, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly and that campaign and infrastructure milestones are met on time
Design, build, and optimize complex CRM journeys with personalized messaging, triggers, and automation to deliver a delightful customer experience that drives engagement and conversion
Manage daily operations to deliver against business KPIs; define internal team processes and cross-functional operating models
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, support, and deliver ongoing learnings and campaign strategy recommendations to support key initiatives
What You Bring to the Table
8+ years of CRM Marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful retention marketing programs that drive measurable results
3+ years experience leading and managing a high-performing and high output marketing & operations team and program
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with ESPs or Marketing Engagement Platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable Adobe Campaign) and familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., enable dynamic creative optimization, personalization)
Experience leveraging prior campaign and test performance, customer segment insights, and other granular data to inform future strategy and roadmap
Experience leading and transforming end-to-end CRM campaign planning and management
Experience optimizing operational processes and flows internally and across stakeholders to increase velocity of launches and reduce errors
Experience leading development of creative briefs and managing creative reviews
Content calendar management experience
Experience utilizing A/B testing or AI decisioning capabilities and building iterative learning agendas
Ability to understand how CRM impacts overall business goals and KPIs
Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, teamwork and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring all timelines and milestones are met
Experience working cross functionally with Brand, Creative, Analytics, Data Engineering, Business, and Product teams
