The Job
As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for finding and signing new high-value customers for Emery Jensen across our key customer channels: Pro Lumber, Pro Paint and Hardware Stores/Home Centers. This position identifies prospects, develops a pipeline, determines the needs of specific prospects and shares the Emery Jensen value proposition to meet those needs.
The Business Development Manager is an ambassador for Emery Jensen, developing relationships with industry organizations, vendor partners, and prospective customers. This position will also work closely with the Emery Jensen sales team, helping new customers transition to their Territory Managers during the early months after signing customers.
What you will do…
The BDM will have responsibilities for the account throughout the full 12 month sales cycle and will need to communicate effectively with the local Territory Manager to insure the growth of the account to its full potential over this period. The focus of the BDM will be on full-conversion opportunities in which Emery-Jensen will become the primary distributor of hardware, paint and/or fastener products to the prospective retailer.
Increase top-line sales for Emery Jensen but will also be required to target prospective customers and develop a sales approach with company profitability in mind as well. Understanding the return on investment, customer life time value and the basic fundamentals of Emery Jensen's financial model will be critical in successfully targeting and signing new business.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of the ‘levers' that create a profitable customer relationship and develop sales approach around optimizing these ‘levers'.
Actively research, pursue and open prospective customers within defined sales channels by clearly articulating and executing on the Emery Jensen value proposition.
Maintain a weekly prospect pipeline with measurable results.
Present Pre/Post Call plan showing measurable and manageable improvement towards conversion of customer.
Pre-Call: Decision Maker, Business focus, competition, what needs to be accomplished.
Post-Call: Opportunity, plan for solution, ROI on customer conversion, customer life time value.
Utilize Emery Jensen marketing and merchandising material/initiatives to strategically present solutions to prospective customers.
Participate in national industry organizations; NRLA, NLBMDA, etc.; attend industry events (shows, roundtables, etc.) with an established approach/communication plan aimed at signing prospective customers; proactive build relationships with field sales teams from national partners: LMC, LBMA, Ben Moore.

* Partner with Marketing & Creative on career site UX, SEO, and conversion improvements; ensure landing pages reflect mission, role clarity, and outcomes.
* Stand up employee ambassador activation (toolkits, prompts, brand assets) and integrate with talent referral programs to amplify authentic voices.
Insights, Measurement and Forecasting
* Establish source‑to‑hire metrics: awareness & engagement consideration/favourability, application quality and conversion rates
* Run regular brand health checks e.g., Glassdoor sentiment, aided/unaided awareness for target talent.
* Use post‑hire data to refine personas and messaging to deliver a continuous improvement loop in engagement and sentiment for target talent.
Ways of Working and Governance
* Embed Neko's Mission and Culture into assets and storytelling; ensure all materials are consistent with the Company Vitals (values) and compliant with clinical/regulatory constraints.
* Partner effectively with Marketing, Comms & Creative using the RACI to move fast whilst ensuring close collaboration and alignment.
* Lead agency selection for talent specific services and manage the performance of Talent Acquisition campaign partners. Contribute to company level Brand agency selection and oversee any Talent specific creative or campaigns being delivered via company level Brand or Creative partners.

* Proven multi-market Consumer marketing experience in a high growth/premium brand environment to drive measurable outcomes.
* Previous Employer Brand/Recruitment Marketing experience is not required but a passion for Talent and building is!

Day-To-Day Responsibilities
* Build talent brand plans with funnel targets by segment/market; set hypotheses and experiments; share learnings & refine plans.
* Lead talent brand and attraction content calendar and coordinate creative production (employee stories, behind‑the‑scan features, leader POVs); ensure absolute alignment with the consumer brand, and compliance.
* Orchestrate campaigns for critical roles (e.g., GPs, Operators, AI/ML), aligning with recruiting sprints and virtual hiring events.
* Maintain LinkedIn Life, Glassdoor, and owned professional talent channels e.g. PracticeMatch, BMJ, RCGP; coordinate timing with live roles to maximise conversion.
* Deploy ambassador/employee‑generated content kits and internal comms nudges linked to talent referral pushes.
* Provide weekly/monthly performance readouts to key stakeholders; tune spend and creative to improve ROI.

Summary
The Digital Manager will lead and execute Galderma's digital strategy in the Nordics across Aesthetics, Prescription and Consumer business units. This role is responsible for strengthening brand awareness, engagement and digital performance through compliant, data-driven and innovative digital initiatives, working closely with local, regional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the country digital strategy in alignment with global brand and business objectives.
* Own and optimise digital ecosystems including websites, social media and brand platforms to enhance user experience and engagement.
* Plan, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to patients/consumers and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure all digital content and activities fully comply with medical, regulatory and pharmaceutical standards.
* Track performance through KPIs and analytics (ROI, traffic, engagement) and continuously optimise digital initiatives.
Key Qualifications
* Advanced degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Business or a related field.
