You will also shape implementation considerations, and work with business owners as appropriate to transition analysis into execution. While deep diving into key areas, you will also have a bird's-eye view of the business unit's overall strategy. Your role be instrumental in synthesizing the strategic and operational choices being made across the business unit into coherent plans to drive growth and profitability, while simultaneously improving the lives and health of Humana's members. While doing so, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow team members, subject matter experts, members of Humana's executive Management Team, and corporate, functional, and business unit leaders.
