One of the overall themes that we continue to see is continuing education and certifications becoming more critical in the industry. Many people in the Hospitality industry have used their furloughed time to engage in certificate completion, which will make them much more competitive, once the hiring picks back up. I have also seen networking become even more critical during the pandemic, which is such an important skill. The ability to develop and maintain a network of professionals has allowed employees that were either furloughed or laid off access to job postings and opportunities that others are missing out on.
