What you will do Spend up to 80% of time performing technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects. Work with senior staff to keep up to date on business-critical dental solutions, HS1 products, roadmaps, and services. Provide consultative technical and sales support for Dental Practice Management Solution, Dentrix Ascend-including RCM and Clinical Solutions such as Detect AI, Voice, and Imaging technologies. Participate in sales planning and business development activities. Begin to develop, architect, and demonstrate solutions for customers. Translate product features into customer insights and value drivers. Partner with the Account Management, Customer Success, and Service teams on At-Risk / High Value accounts to understand the requirements and needs of the customer. Participate in overall strategy to build a solution Roadmap and mitigate risk while creating opportunities for expansion. Interact with Product Management to refine Henry Schein One Products and technical Features to improve the user experience overall product adoption. Work collaboratively with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering during the development, launch and continuing refinement of existing and new HS1 products. May attend PRT Meetings and participate in go to market activities. Effectively communicate the necessity of required features to Product Management from the customer perspective. Use industry knowledge and competitive intelligence to create compelling cases for features that not only ensure parody but elevate the HS1 suite of products to best in class. Assist Manager, Solutions Consultants in tracking of planned Product Roadmap items to support the on-time delivery of new features and participate in communicating status, planned functionality and release dates of Roadmap features. Participate in industry functions, seminars, and round tables to stay current with the latest in the Dental and DSO / Integrated Care Industries. Assist or Own completion, responses and repository of Request for Proposal and Request for Information documents. Collaborate with the Services and Customer Success teams to advise in the successful implementation of HS1 purchased solutions. May attend trade shows and create / deliver presentations at industry events. Travel/Physical Demands Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required. Norstella's investments in AI are transforming how data is consumed and decisions are made, disrupting inefficient legacy workflows and helping the industry become more efficient, innovative, and responsive to patient needs. **The Role: RWD Analytic Consultant** We are currently seeking a high energy, motivated and passionate expert in RWD and the pharmaceutical industry to join our RWD Engagement Team as a RWD Analytic Consultant to support our delivery of RWD engagements across the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sleuthing through RWD to unpack insights and answers to some of the most challenging business problems our clients face. This role's creation is in reaction to the demand for Norstella's newest service offerings leveraging Norstella's unified Real World Data asset, a combination of claims, lab, SDOH and EMR data. You will be joining an organization hard wired for innovation and specialization to meet the high demands of our biopharmaceutical and life sciences client base. You will join a high-performing team empowered to work creatively to deliver solutions that enable patients to access therapies they need. This role requires a combination of business acumen, analytical, technical, and commercial expertise to effectively deliver Norstella's RWD solutions. Our RWD offerings include cutting-edge data solutions and expert advisory services alongside advanced technologies such as real-world data, machine learning and predictive analytics.
