Summary:
Organize, perform and be able to complete the following job functions as called on by the Plant Manager.
Job Functions:
Operate Bulk Feed manufacturing system
Climbing ladders and working at heights on top of facility
Perform scale weight test weekly
Load - unload trucks in both load out area and, in the warehouse,
Wait on customers as needed
Ensure bulk commodities are flowing from bulk bins
Perform daily inspections of Fork Trucks
Perform minor maintenance on equipment including lubrication and adjustments
Clean control room daily
Clean mill on regular schedule
Operate and monitor bulk receiving system
Test incoming ingredients, ie: Corn = % moisture % BCFM, properly record results
Unload inbound trucks as necessary
Unload rail cars as necessary
Insure bulk commodities are flowing into correct bulk bins
Perform daily bin inventory and rail car inventory
Perform daily inspect of Front End Loader
Clean receiving shed & office daily
Assist with any other tasks as requested or assigned by management
Requirements:
Physical and Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Basic understanding of computers, math comprehension and previous plant environment is helpful
Mechanical aptitude in prior work history.
Must have the ability to climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs, bend, kneel, stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, work with heights, and work long hours in harsh environments (hot, cold temperatures and a dusty conditions).
Exhibit good work habits, including excellent attendance and individual productivity
Requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, medical questionnaire and a background check.

Responsibilities
Obtain timely authorizations from clients and/or insurance carriers for therapy treatments as prescribed by clinicians
Utilize the electronic referral module to maintain records for all active referrals of responsibility including detailing referral status, client/insurance/patient correspondence, etc.
Responsible for processing referrals utilizing company tools and resources to ensure that referrals are processed appropriately based on state guidelines or client specific direction.
Work with medical and therapy leadership to ensure our medical model is followed as it relates to therapy referrals.
Report any denials or delays to leadership as needed
Must ensure all authorized visits are scheduled according to the clinician's referral without going above the number of authorized visits or outside of authorized date range
Contact patients who miss an appointment and/or report missed appointment to employer
Document any cancelled or rescheduled appointments in the patient's EMR and partner with Center Operations Director (COD)/CTD to evaluate any cases that may be eligible for closure as an inactive case
Responsible for clerical tasks in both the front and back office associated with patient care and proper record keeping. Ensure accuracy in documentation.
Cross train to perform Front Office duties including greeting patients, obtaining authorization, check in/out, communicating wait times, answering multi-line telephone system, distributing employer results/paperwork, etc.
Responsible for daily therapy supply inventory management, wiping down treatment tables and equipment, washing/folding therapy linens, documenting equipment daily logs, performing Human Performance Evaluations (HPE's), and rooming patients for recheck appointments
Maintains therapy equipment including but not limited to hydrocollator, freezer, and paraffin and completes corresponding maintenance logs as applicable (daily/weekly/monthly/etc.)
In partnership with center leadership, assist with patient flow and volume
Keep patients informed of expected wait times during all aspects of the center visit
Assist in maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly appearance throughout the facility.
Facilitate maintenance and required service on all therapy equipment.
Follow HIPPA guidelines and safety rules

Doctoring Crew
Work under the supervision of the Cattle Manager and in alignment with animal health protocols developed by our staff veterinarian.
Perform daily pen checks to visually evaluate cattle for symptoms of illness, stress, or injury.
Accurately diagnose and administer appropriate treatments including injections, oral medications, or topical applications.
Record all treatments and observations using standardized documentation systems to maintain animal health compliance.
Assist with necropsies and contribute to evaluations of treatment outcomes.
Communicate health concerns with other cattle teams including pen riders and processing crew.
Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of animal health tools, medicines, and equipment.

Processing Crew
Handle incoming cattle safely and efficiently during processing, including restraint, vaccination, tagging, deworming, and implanting.
Apply visual and electronic identification (EID) tags for traceability and recordkeeping.

* Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
* Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
* Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
* Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
* Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.

You will assist in leading staff, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Job Functions:
* Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
* Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
* Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
* Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results.
* Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
* Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition.
Experience:
* Ability to work various shift times to include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
* 1+ years restaurant management experience.
* 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+million.
* 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
* 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
* Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* A valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
