**Job Functions** :
+ General customer service duties including, but not limited to, taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
+ Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
+ Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen to include, but not limited to, a sandwich making line, a fry station, a grill station, or other station depending on the restaurant concept type.
+ Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant to ensure delivery of a fresh and safe product to the customer.
+ Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
+ Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.

**Sanitation Superintendent Job Description** The Superintendent performs exempt work such as the daily supervision of the supervisors, hourly laborers, and lead persons. The primary duty and responsibility of the superintendent is ensuring the team in their designated department/area is working safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory agency, customer, and JBS policies and procedures. Oversees all sanitation functions in their respected department/areas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:

The Cactus operation is a two-shift, Hide processing facility and distribution center located in the panhandle of Texas. Employs a total of 180 team members.
Cactus is a key hide export plant, exporting approximately 80% of production to different countries including China, Mexico and Italy. The facility processes more than one million hides per year.
