Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Athletic Trainer to support our practice onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The Athletic Trainer facilitates patient flow throughout the office and supports the providers to ensure timely delivery of quality patient care.

Patient education relating to dietary and exercise programs, proper durable medical equipment (DME) use, and proper cast care.

What You'll Do
Assist veterinarians with routine general practice procedures: exams, diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, lab work, venipuncture, and catheter placement
Assist veterinarians with routine general practice surgeries such as spay/neuter and mass removals
Support with patient intake, client communication, and education on treatments
Help manage patient flow and appointment coordination in a fast-paced setting
Collaborate with the GP team to shape workflows, culture, and best practices from the start
Ideal Candidate
Licensed/Credentialed veterinary technician; experienced veterinary assistants may also be considered
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in small animal practice

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of major programs within the department, including shelter mechanical design, electronic equipment integration, end-item development, vendor coordination, and the integration of power and cooling systems. Support ongoing sustainment of existing product lines.
Support and lead cross-functional engineering teams, delivering solutions and services across all phases of the program lifecycle. This may include development of next-generation sensing technologies, enhancements to current products, transition to production, in-field upgrades, and vendor oversight.
Lead and contribute to proposal efforts and Estimate at Completion (EAC) activities, providing strategic and technical input.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple programs, providing critical and timely support to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as a technical liaison to programs and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Oversee the technical performance of the design team, providing engineering guidance and project support throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Support and lead Technical Data Package (TDP) development and conduct/oversee thorough peer reviews.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams, with accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance, along with project management experience in both budgeting and scheduling.
Proven ability to work in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment, working across multiple engineering disciplines as well as with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, IPT leadership, Program Management, and customers.
