Weekly accounts payable process including invoice and purchase order review, resolving discrepancies, entering bills and paying vendors.
Monthly union reporting functions including rate review and maintenance.
Monthly bank reconciliations.
Quarterly payroll tax reporting and other miscellaneous reporting.
Assist with annual health insurance renewals and employee paperwork.
Other areas as needed.

As a Forest Technician in the Clear Creek Forest District, you will engage in a range of technical forestry tasks that support effective forest management and stewardship on both State and private lands. Your role will involve assisting Foresters in gathering preliminary field data for stand analysis, which is crucial for informed forest management decisions. You will also participate in stewardship enhancement practices, including tree planting, timber stand improvement, and wildlife habitat management, while conducting tree inventories as needed.
In addition, you will be responsible for determining timber volumes through marking and cruising as directed by Foresters, as well as surveying and marking boundaries for timber sales and various projects. Your contributions will extend to supporting Foresters in collecting field data for stand analysis and timber sales, as well as planning and executing wildlife habitat initiatives. Furthermore, you will assist with surveillance flights and ground checks for insect and disease detection, coordinating integrated pest management efforts against invasive species and competing vegetation. Lastly, you will collaborate with Fire Foresters on wildfire prevention programs and suppression activities, contributing to the Smokey program's objectives.

A Probation Officer I position is responsible for performing routine professional social service and law enforcement duties in a county probation and parole system. A Probation Officer I supervises adults on accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD), probation, parole, intermediate punishment (IP), and bail, or who are otherwise subject to the authority of the Court. This position investigates, advises and counsels individuals on supervision to foster their personal, social and economic adjustment in the community. Work includes a wide variety of contacts with agencies, employers, friends and families in securing information regarding offenders, and assisting in developing useful and effective rehabilitation plans. When needed, a Probation Officer will investigate and take appropriate action concerning violations of conditions of supervision including new crimes and unacceptable behavior and provides representation of the Department at Court Hearings concerning alleged violations. Work is reviewed in progress through observing the employee in action, through conferences, and upon completion, through the review of reports and recommendations.
Probation Officers are peace officers under state law and are trained in the use of firearms and are prepared to apprehend and arrest violators. Although law and well-defined procedures regulate the required work, this position involves decision making directly affecting the public safety and personal liberties of individuals.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the behavioral sciences, criminal justice, law enforcement or a related human services field; or
A Master's degree or satisfactory completion of one(1) year of graduate study from an accredited college or university(at least 24 credits) in the behavioral sciences, criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related human services field; or

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
An employee in this classification is responsible for performing assignments that are technical in nature and are carried out in accordance with probation and parole practices, procedures and precedents and any applicable legal standards or regulations. Specific job duties include the following:
Inform adult offenders of conditions of probation such as office visits, costs, fines and restitution payments, educational, treatment and employment stipulations.
Counsel offenders and provide supportive services to help offenders with their personal, social and economic adjustment to the community. Discuss with offenders how issues such as anger and addiction play roles in delinquent behavior.
Arrange for social assistance and other post release services such as employment, housing, education, and counseling.
Arrange for medical, mental health or substance abuse treatment services according to individual needs and/or court orders and maintain working relationships with those agencies.
Develop case plans for assigned adult offenders establishing goals and objectives based on risk and needs.
Evaluate their progress in accomplishing goals and objectives and maintaining the terms specified in their conditions of ARD, probation, parole, IP or bail including attendance at meetings as necessary.
Investigate alleged violations using interviews, surveillance, and search and seizure.
Gather information about offender's backgrounds by talking to offenders, families and friends and other people with relevant information.
Prepare and maintain a case folder for each assigned offender and record and file documents according to established procedures.
Maintain a chronological record in the AP system of all direct contact with adult offenders as well as collateral contacts with parents, law enforcement officers, service providers, etc.
Compile incident reports and make recommendations for remedial action or court action when terms of supervision are not complied with.
Conduct Pre-Sentence investigations and prepare a written factual report with recommendations for the Court's use at sentencing.
Administer evidence-based risk assessments and develop supervision plans targeting areas of risk to re-offend.
Testify in court regarding noncompliance with the terms of probation, present evidence that substantiates the violations, and make recommendations to the Court for appropriate sanctioning.
Attend court hearings as necessary, or assigned, including hearings pertaining to offender supervision, such as District Justice citation hearings.
Conduct risk/needs assessment after sentencing according to agency protocol.
Assess the suitability of offenders for release from jail and submit recommendations to the Judge when appropriate.
Collect fines, costs and restitution and monitor compliance with the established payment agreement.
Conduct arrests and transport offenders when required.
Develop liaisons and networks with local police, attorneys, community agencies, and others who play a role in offender's rehabilitation or re-entry into the community
Attend training in the use of firearms and physical self-defense and complete all certification requirements.
Attend continuing education, workshops, and acquire certifications as assigned and approved to stay current in offender treatment issues, deviant behaviors, legal issues, etc. for the purpose of performing work related duties as required or assigned by administration.
Any duties which may be described as related to the supervision of adults under the authority of the Court including the directive to work a flexible work schedule on occasion.
Assist juvenile officers as needed.

As a Lead Store Associate at Curaleaf, you will provide an exceptional experience to all guests and team members as both a Store Associate and Leader on Duty. You will support the Management team in day-to-day operations, leading by example with strategic selling and maintaining a positive, energetic presence on the sales floor. As a key brand ambassador, you will provide exceptional customer service and educate guests on our innovative products and promotions.
While acting as the Leader on Duty, you will train, coach, and develop team members to foster a welcoming, guest-focused environment. You will oversee responsibilities such as cash handling, inventory management, and ensuring seamless daily operations, all while maintaining clear, effective communication with both your team and leadership to support the store's overall success.
What You'll Do:
* Assist in executing a business strategy that maximizes achievement in sales, payroll, customer loyalty program, and inventory accuracy.
* Plan the day, including effective use of the daily schedule and business reports, and assign tasks based on the workflow demand.
* Identify business opportunities through reporting and define appropriate actions to drive results.
* Communicate divisional directives to Store Associates.
* Utilize in-the-moment floor coaching to ensure a guest-focused team environment, driving sales and anticipating guests' needs.
* Coach associates on guest interactions and performance to maximize productivity and capture guest opportunities.
* Manage guest and patient concerns and partner with management team on team member concerns.
* Deliver in-the-moment feedback to team members around guest interactions and recognize successes to drive associate engagement.
* Leverage Curaleaf's tools to make effective decisions, ensuring both productivity and a great guest experience.
* Ensure operational excellence through execution of Standard Operating Procedures and processes.
* Assist in execution of task directives within designated time frames (promotional updates, stock replenishment, cash handling, floor monitoring, inventory counts, and online order processing) with speed and efficiency.
* Protect company assists through loss prevention knowledge and proper manager on duty behaviors.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

The Laboratory Technologist will demonstrate multiple analytical and judgment skills and knowledge of clinical laboratory science to provide accurate, timely results. The incumbent uses high complexity methods and instrumentation and will work independently in multiple areas of the laboratory.
Essential Job Functions
Procure, prepare and process specimen using various approved techniques and procedures.
Perform phlebotomy in accordance with established procedures and in a manner consistent with customer service needs and expectations.
Receive specimens into the LIS, verifies orders, understands priorities and communicates all pertinent information.
Validate test orders, appropriateness of specimen and ensure required documentation is present.
Process and organize specimens using standard precautions, maintaining specimen integrity and identity.
Recognize, resolve and document specimen tracking and integrity issues.
Utilize specimen rejection and irretrievable specimen policies to document specimen issues.
Validate and research unusual reference test orders, arrange proper specimen collection, and ensure that documentation is complete and information effectively communicated.
Package specimens for transport according to regulations and established protocol.
Prepare appropriate quantity of reagents and consumables in accordance with section guidelines; maintains reagents to maximize stability and shelf-life.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance; anticipate problem situations and take preventative action to avoid delay of patient care.
Maintain supplies at adequate levels to support operations, monitoring utilization and reporting unusual situations to supervisor.
Perform low, moderate and high complexity technical assays, evaluate and interpret results forming conclusions requiring a high level of judgment.
Determine and validate appropriate instrument settings and making adjustments as needed.
Demonstrate competency on all instrumentation and methods in assigned work areas.
Perform laboratory tests in assigned area, using established protocols and with an awareness of accuracy, method sensitivity, specificity, and turn-around-time and cost management.
Assess test methods for procedural validity and testing accuracy, re-evaluating patient data for validity when instrument or methodology malfunctions are suspected.
Perform and document all quality control, maintenance and variances.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the test methods and procedures in two or more laboratory sections, and show an understanding of the correlation of patient results to the overall clinical picture.
Identify, investigate and resolve questionable test orders and/or results through correlation of disease state/diagnosis and patient history.
Assess specimen integrity, validity and identification; recognize abnormal, unusual, or problem situations, and correlate patient laboratory results when specimens are suboptimal.
Correlate patient data with other clinical information to assess the possibility of inconsistent orders or results.
Participate in a quality management system to include quality control and assurance of laboratory testing, competency assessment and appropriate utilization of laboratory services.
Compose correlation studies, QC reports, and maintain monthly logs.
Evaluate quality control data to assist the supervisor in the assessment of accuracy, reproducibility and validity of methods.
Participate in section readiness to meet CAP, JCAHO, OSHA and DOH compliance.
Utilize HIS as needed for patient or test order information, and to process supply or work orders.
Utilize functions of LIS to accession, receive, result and monitor functions related to patient testing.
Participate in initial and monthly validation of LIS and instrument interfaces.
Evaluate laboratory data to assess the need for recollection of the specimen.
Correlate patient laboratory results to suspect pathological state, and recognizes the need for follow-up or reflex testing.
Redirect testing to appropriate backup or secondary test methods and seeks to resolve primary testing issues.
Interact with healthcare providers to interpret laboratory results within the framework of medical technology.
Answer inquiries from other healthcare providers concerning test appropriateness, quality, accuracy and procedural requirements.
Assist in the evaluation and development of new methods/instruments.
Recommend process improvements to workflow and assist in implementation of changes to improve operation.
Report and document critical values and read back verifications according to policy.
Adhere to laboratory and section specific Environmental Control Plan.
When appropriate, enter reflex testing codes into LIS to generate billing.
Retain records of instrument printouts and specimens according to policy.

Competency and Experience [Knowledge, Skills and Abilities]
Required Qualifications/Experience
Associate of Science or higher-level degree from an accredited institution in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology, OR,
Equivalent laboratory training and experience meeting the requirements defined by CLIA 88 for individuals performing high complexity testing.
Knowledge of Medical terminology and laboratory information system.
Functional skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of legal aspects and liability of nursing practice.
Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
Prior experience within a clinical laboratory.
License, Certification & Clearances
ASCP preferred.
Act 33 clearance with renewal.
Act 34 clearance with renewal.
Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Incumbent will be scheduled based on operational need (rotate shifts, standby, on-call, etc.).

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Commodity Trading Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the acquisition and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap materials, with a strong emphasis on stainless steel grades such as 304, 316, and 330. This position plays a critical role in expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, and managing inventory to support and enhance our existing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and sell ferrous and non-ferrous scrap materials, with a focus on stainless steel grades 304, 316, and 330.
Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand the company's trading footprint.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and global demand to optimize trading decisions and inventory management.
Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
Meet and exceed quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as established by management.

Qualifications
