The IT Site Support Specialist is responsible for delivering hands-on technical support to end users at the site, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. Communication with Users:

Local IT Operations:

On-Site Coverage:
Ensure IT support presence during all business hours, including coverage planning for breaks, vacations, and absences.

Work closely with global IT teams to align local support with company-wide standards.
Partner with manufacturing engineering and operations teams to support technology needs on the shop floor.
Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to understand and resolve issues.
Recommend enhancements that will increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Help Desk.
Compliance & Security:
Follow IT policies and procedures, including data protection and security protocols.
Support compliance initiatives and assist with audits as required.

SUMMARY
As the Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor at our Milwaukee location, you will be responsible for directing the actions of team members who perform receiving, storage, packing and shipping functions in support of all Milwaukee operations and functions. SUMMARY
The Tooling Manager role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities across all tooling areas across three shifts in the Milwaukee facility, including maintenance, repair, and outsourcing of existing die-cast and stamping tooling; fabrication and procurement of spare components; and new tooling builds for die-cast and stamping mold tooling.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-A hands-on leader that methodically and effectively brings together teams to drive bottom-line financial, OEE, and KPI results through all areas of Strattec's tooling operations.
