Requirements Requirements Advanced finish carpentry skills required; must be able to perform high-end cabinet, trim, and millwork installation. General carpentry, cabinet installation, product quality knowledge Extensive experience in residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior renovations. Ability to read design layouts and interpret specifications with precision. Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to troubleshoot field conditions independently. Strong communication skills; must be able to clearly report status and escalate issues to PMs. Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar field management tools preferred. Solid time management skills and ability to meet simultaneous timelines. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and superior organizational skills Ability to assess problems, find root cause and resolve to customer satisfaction Willingness to be flexible, taking on both challenging and non-challenging tasks Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Education and Experience 5+ years' experience in residential finish carpentry or high-end remodeling work. Prior experience working with kitchen and bathroom cabinetry required. Knowledge of remodeling and construction Knowledge of cabinetry and installation Ability to read detailed cabinet layout and plans Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily to job sites throughout Eastern MA or Southern NH. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined residential spaces. Comfortable working in active home environments, often in occupied spaces. Professional carpentry experience required, preferably focused on door installation/maintenance.
