Jason Buchman is the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Stratum Reservoir. Jason Buchman attended University of Arizona.

Mr. Hartman is an expert in unconventional reservoir assessment with over seventeen years of experience, specializing in rock and fluid data interpretation, core-calibration of petrophysical log models, and formation evaluation. A significant focus of his professional career has been the research, development, and integration of multiple technical disciplines to improve the industry’s understanding and exploitation of unconventional reservoirs. He currently serves Stratum Reservoir's clientele by helping them in the evaluation of legacy data, audit of existing projects, development and deployment of new exploratory projects, and the interpretation and integration of rock, fluid, and log data to appraise unconventional reservoir economic prospectivity.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Fort Lewis College (Durango, Colorado) and has also worked as an analytical and applications research chemist.
