We're looking for a Senior Product Designer I to join our B2B team, focused on designing experiences that help brands and partners connect with the Strava community through movement. This team evolves our sponsored products-primarily challenges-to give athletes new ways to track their activities, stay motivated, and earn rewards, while creating meaningful opportunities for partners to engage with our community.
In this role, you'll support the roadmap through high-quality execution, bringing craft and creativity to the design of partner-driven experiences. You'll explore broad-to-narrow ideas, iterate scrappily to find what works, and deliver polished visuals that make partner activations feel inspiring and authentic within Strava.
This role will be located in our San Francisco or Denver office. We follow a flexible hybrid model that translates to more than half of your time on-site - three days per week.
What You'll Do:
Contribute design craft to partner-sponsored challenges and related surfaces, ensuring high-quality visuals across touchpoints
Support end-to-end execution of features on the B2B roadmap, from early exploration through launch
Explore a wide range of ideas quickly, moving from broad concepts to detailed solutions with confidence
Iterate rapidly to test, refine, and improve partner-facing experiences
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to deliver on sponsorship opportunities
What You'll Bring to the Team:
At least 5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally with a focus on consumer or brand-integrated experiences
Portfolio that highlights strong visual craft, interaction design, and examples of shipping polished, user-facing work
Ability to explore ideas from broad to narrow and iterate quickly to reach effective solutions
Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with motion design or tools like Rive is a plus
Strong collaboration and communication skills across product managers, engineers, and other partners
Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative product cycles with a bias toward action and learning
Compensation Overview:

Salary ranges are categorized into one of three zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. San Francisco: $170,000 - $180,000
Denver: $143,000 - $153,000

SEC & Technical Accounting

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* 1+ years of professional and/or internship experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, lead generation, inside/outside sales or related experience in a quota-carrying role.

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, this role will be an integral part of bringing the vision of what the Strava product can be for athletes through driving strategic company-wide efforts, catalyzing and enabling scale and footprint expansions, and preparing for public-company readiness.
This role is highly cross functional and will work closely with Strategy, Finance, and Partnerships, to help scale Strava for Business (SfB). * Build meticulously crafted, performant, and interactive animations with a strong focus on technical execution.
* Establish and maintain highly organized Rive file structures, reusable templates, and detailed handoff documentation.
* Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in visual execution and technical precision, particularly within product motion design.
* Collaborate energetically and creatively to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in our motion pipeline.
* Rapidly adapt to evolving project needs, and perform exceptionally under pressure.
What You'll Bring to the Team
* 4+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, with a portfolio highlighting interactive and product-focused animations (experience with Rive is a plus)
* Proficiency with design and animation tools such as Rive, Figma, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Working knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Spline for rapid prototyping and asset creation.
* A collaborative, team-first mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments and energized by working alongside creatives at all levels in a fast-paced setting.
* Strong visual design skills across multiple mediums, with a systems-oriented and technical approach, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience with Rive or eagerness to learn it on the job, as it will be the primary tool used for creating interactive animations (experience with its latest features like Data Binding and working with developers on implementation is a plus).

Salary ranges are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. We will determine the candidate's starting pay based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. We may modify these ranges in the future. San Francisco & New York City: $158,000 - $167,000
Denver: $134,000 - $142,000
