We're looking for a Senior Product Designer I to join our B2B team, focused on designing experiences that help brands and partners connect with the Strava community through movement. This team evolves our sponsored products-primarily challenges-to give athletes new ways to track their activities, stay motivated, and earn rewards, while creating meaningful opportunities for partners to engage with our community. In this role, you'll support the roadmap through high-quality execution, bringing craft and creativity to the design of partner-driven experiences. You'll explore broad-to-narrow ideas, iterate scrappily to find what works, and deliver polished visuals that make partner activations feel inspiring and authentic within Strava. This role will be located in our San Francisco or Denver office. We follow a flexible hybrid model that translates to more than half of your time on-site - three days per week. What You'll Bring to the Team * 4+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, with a portfolio highlighting interactive and product-focused animations (experience with Rive is a plus) * Proficiency with design and animation tools such as Rive, Figma, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Cloud. * Working knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Spline for rapid prototyping and asset creation. * A collaborative, team-first mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments and energized by working alongside creatives at all levels in a fast-paced setting. * Strong visual design skills across multiple mediums, with a systems-oriented and technical approach, and exceptional attention to detail. * Experience with Rive or eagerness to learn it on the job, as it will be the primary tool used for creating interactive animations (experience with its latest features like Data Binding and working with developers on implementation is a plus).
