Qualifications
* 3+ years of commercial real estate and/or investment management marketing and design experience required
* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent required
* Experience providing marketing support to a team of commercial real estate professionals with the ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities and personalities
* Ability to (1) work autonomously and effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time and (2) work collaboratively with the Stream IM team to discuss and determine best strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project
* Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, etc.)
* Experience with Ceros and WordPress or other web platforms is a plus
* Strong project management skills with experience working in Airtable, preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
* Tech savvy, curious, collaborative, flexible, and resourceful

Stream is seeking a Financial Development Analyst to assist in various aspects of Stream's Development Services group. The Development Services group provides a full suite of development related services, from site selection to disposition, for industrial, office, and mixed-use developments across multiple major markets nation-wide. Assemble relevant data, compiles individual project and component-specific cost information to perform financial analysis of projects.
Fund all Capital, Redevelopment and Facility budgets using Yardi system.
Maintain and optimize the unit renovation, amenity and common area redevelopment database and processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The Paralegal will oversee claims tracking, litigation reporting, and legal spend management. SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment; including coding invoices, matching contracts/ change orders/ purchase orders, obtaining approval, and verifying budget.
Manage Payscan workflows and ensure accurate coding, and obtain required lien waivers and required documents from vendors
Ensure invoices are being reviewed within 48 hours of being on the Invoice Analyst steps.
Interpret contract provisions to help resolve claims including voiding invoices/payments, and reissuing payments to vendors.
Analyze contract/purchase order billing discrepancies, create datasheets to pinpoint issues, and devise/implement solutions
Verify project signoffs from all parties, update records, initiate documentation, and follow up on requests for approval of work not previously covered in the contract; process and obtain approval of contract change orders.
Monitor compliance with contract requirements and ensure all conditions are satisfied before approval of the final invoice.
Receive, research and resolve various routine internal and external inquiries concerning payment/ budget status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to the appropriate party.
Prepare payable expense reclassifications and check requests for Capital Projects.
Responsible for quarterly purchase order close-out for Capital Projects.
Responsible for new vendor set up, understanding and assist in optimizing the adoption rate of the VendorCafé Invoice Submission Program.
Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships.
Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.

SUMMARY
The Tax Accountant, Transactions will support the Company's tax function by preparing tax workpapers, assisting with transaction-related tax reporting, and supporting compliance activities. SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welltower is seeking a Summer Intern to be a key member of the Welltower Facilities Team. We are looking for a hardworking upcoming Junior or Senior pursuing a college degree l with a passion for the intersection of Facilities and Real Estate, along with a desire to learn about how a Sustainability team operates within a REIT. The role will require strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and communications skills, with prior finance knowledge preferred.
The Facilities Summer Intern will project manage meetings, milestones, and management reporting and is heavily involved in Welltower's Sustainability data collection. You will coordinate with stakeholders across all business segments to gather data to above all learn first-hand of what it's like to be a part of a sustainability team. This position can be based in our Plano, Texas office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assist Facilities Project Managers with day-to day project coordination
* Support Planning and tracking of facilities projects and other initiatives.
* Support preventive and corrective maintenance tracking and documentation
* Help coordinate work orders and follow up with internal teams and external vendors
* Participate in facility audits related to safety, cleanliness, and compliance
* Help prepare project documentation including, schedule, budget, scope documents and report.
* Track action items, change orders, and project milestones.
* Maintain project files and update project tracker.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Welltower's Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and Redevelopment pipeline continues to expand, encompassing thousands of projects each year across a broad and geographically diverse portfolio of assets. This role is designed to provide independent field-based oversight to ensure project quality, consistency, and adherence to Welltower's design and construction standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Inspectors will serve as an independent, field-based quality and compliance resource reporting directly VP of Capital. The related reports will be available to the GVP, the Head of Asset Management, the COO and the CFO.
Conduct In-Progress and post completion inspections of various high value/risk CapEx and Redevelopment projects.
Audit project plans, schedules and budgets against field conditions.
Provide photographic documentation and standardized inspection reports for leadership review.
Validate workmanship, materials and adherence to Welltower design standards.
Identify trends in recurring issues and recommend process improvements and accountability measures to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Support Operator feedback loops to address staff/resident disruptions and concerns.

SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The IT Intern will work closely with the IT Infrastructure and Help Desk teams in a hands-on capacity. This role requires a basic understanding of personal computers, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques, and offers exposure to automation, data, and reporting initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Welltower is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineering Project Manager to join our Capital Projects team as the lead technical expert for complex mechanical infrastructure initiatives across our national senior housing and wellness portfolio. This role will focus on high-impact capital projects such as HVAC system conversions, full central plant replacements, and large-scale plumbing upgrades. In addition to driving project strategy and execution, the individual will serve as an escalation point for internal teams and operators when engineering-level input is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead development and execution of major mechanical infrastructure projects, including:
HVAC system conversions (e.g., PTAC to VFCU or VRF).
Central plant redesigns and replacements (boilers, chillers, hydronic loops).
Large-scale piping/plumbing distribution replacements.
Serve as an internal subject matter expert and escalation point for complex mechanical system issues arising during operations, capital projects, and real estate transactions.
Review and provide technical oversight on PCAs and due diligence reports for prospective acquisitions-assessing system condition, risk, and scope recommendations.
Conduct site assessments to validate findings, identify performance deficiencies, and develop comprehensive remediation plans.
Define scope and performance goals for third-party mechanical engineers; lead design coordination and review process to ensure alignment with site needs and budget.
Support capital planning by developing project budgets, lifecycle cost analyses, and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with internal Capital and Redevelopment teams to integrate MEP infrastructure improvements into broader asset and redevelopment plans.
Guide contractor and vendor engagement, including bid package development, proposal evaluation, and contract award.
Provide engineering oversight during project execution, including troubleshooting field conditions, reviewing submittals, and supporting commissioning.
Ensure design and construction adhere to code requirements, industry standards, and Welltower's performance and efficiency goals.
Stay current on emerging technology, regulatory changes, and sustainability-focused solutions.
