$60k to $100k+ per year
(Hourly + Performance -Based Commission on Revenue)

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Service
Perform residential electrical service calls with a focus on diagnosing issues, presenting solutions, and executing high-quality repairs.
Install and repair electrical systems including lighting circuits, receptacles, wiring, conduit, ceiling fans, EV chargers, disconnects, and other residential electrical components.
Sell and install panel upgrades, including completing utility applications and coordinating with our in-hours project coordinator.
Design and sell solutions for aging electrical systems - whole-home surge protection, rewiring options, generator inlets, electrification upgrades, and safety enhancements.
Solar PV Service
Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential solar PV systems, including inverter replacements, optimizer swaps, module testing, wiring corrections, and legacy system improvements.
Troubleshoot production issues, shading or monitoring failures, and correct installation deficiencies.
Provide clear recommendations and quotes for system upgrades, repairs, or modernization of older PV components.
General Technician Duties
Prepare equipment, parts, and tool lists for each job.
Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure efficient service flow.
Follow customer instructions carefully and document all work performed through photos and written notes.
Collect signatures, complete service paperwork, and ensure accurate job costing.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work vehicle.
Work safely on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces as needed.

We are the exclusive authorized dealer of several luxury acrylic spa lines and are well known for designing and assembling decades of custom wooden hot tubs, still made right here at our downtown store.
As a Hot Tub Service & Repair Technician, you will play a vital role within our company. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various issues with hot tubs, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively for our customers. We are looking for someone with a strong drive and ability to manage your time. We are interested in those who are proficient with tools and enjoy working outdoors in a hands-on environment.
Experience in the hot tub, pool, and spa industry is ideal but not required, and those with familiarity in related areas such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC are encouraged to apply. Ultimately, this candidate will be well trained and work with our other technicians until ready to branch out on their own.

Duties and Responsibilities
Routine Maintenance
: Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of hot tubs to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
Water Quality Management
: Monitor and maintain appropriate water chemistry levels, including pH balance, sanitizer levels, and water clarity, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
Equipment Repair
: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of hot tubs, including pumps, heaters, filters, and jets, to address any issues promptly and effectively.
Cleaning and Sanitization
: Thoroughly clean and sanitize hot tub surfaces, covers, and surrounding areas to maintain a hygienic environment and prevent the growth of bacteria and algae.
Filter Maintenance
: Clean and replace hot tub filters as needed to ensure efficient filtration and water circulation.
Record-Keeping
: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, water quality test results, and inventory of supplies to track maintenance schedules and ensure adequate stock levels.
Customer Service
: Interact professionally with owners to address any concerns or inquiries regarding hot tub maintenance and ensure their satisfaction with their spa experience.
Requirements
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in the inspection, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repairs and replacement of hot tub equipment and systems. This includes familiarity with all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
Water Chemistry Knowledge
: Understanding of water chemistry principles and experience with water testing and treatment methods relevant to hot tub maintenance.
Attention to Detail
: Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of hot tubs and surrounding areas.
Problem-Solving
: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions independently or collaboratively.
Communication
: Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests, coworkers, and management.
Physical Ability
: Often required to perform physical tasks such as lifting equipment, bending, standing or crouching for extended periods.
Experience
: Previous experience in pool and spa industry or a related field is preferred, but not required. Must be mechanically inclined and experienced with tools.
License & Background
: You must be 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation to and from your shift.

We are based in San Jose, CA and have operations in Spartanburg, SC. This posting is for a role in Lathrop, CA. We require 5 days/week in-office collaboration.
As a Robotic Operations Technician, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our learning humanoid robots and teach them new behaviors and skills, as well as keeping the robot in top shape to meet customer demands.
You will be at the forefront of our operations, deploying the robots for real commercial use cases, identifying issues, and relaying these problems to the right engineering teams. You may also collect new data to train our AI systems and work with the AI team to refine behaviors over time.
Responsibilities:
Operate a humanoid robot
Conduct on-site integration and test activities
Be able to explain complex issues and processes to our customer operations team in clear and simple language, using customer service techniques to de-escalate customer concerns and keep customers informed.
Execute field repairs. Work with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers on troubleshooting field issues
Use clear written communication to describe issues and bugs seen in the field and suggest potential solutions
Work with other Operations Technicians and Deployment Engineers to deploy and manage installations at customer sites
Requirements:
Hands-on experience solving issues with complex electro-mechanical equipment (Robotics experience preferred, but experience in Automotive, Construction, Manufacturing, Aerospace, etc. sectors is acceptable)
Familiarity with Linux and Windows GUI and CLI
Basic familiarity with wiring/electronics (Multimeters, O-Scope, etc.)
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow step-by-step safety procedures exactly. Lock-Out-Tag-Out for example.
Willingness to work in hot/cold and uncomfortable conditions (warehouses are often not climate controlled)
Ability to read engineering drawings and other engineering-produced documentation
Experience reading debug machine output and logs
Experience in field services or deployment positions is a plus
Be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Be able to stand and operate a humanoid robot for up to 8 hours a day
