Fred joins the Streamline team as the Chief Financial Officer. Fred has nearly twenty years of finance and accounting experience in Healthcare, Investment Banking, Foreign Currency Exchange, and Commercial Insurance. Before joining Streamline, Fred led the finance department of a boutique insurance agency in the Chicagoland area, and had served as a finance leader for various long-term healthcare and behavioral therapy providers. Fred also has extensive experience in the Hedge Fund and Investment Banking industries.

Fred earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy from Yeshiva University in New York.

Jamil Husain serves as Chief Operating Officer of Streamline Healthcare Solutions, LLC. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in operations, professional services, strategic consulting, and product life-cycle management in the high-tech industry. Before joining Streamline, Jamil led Carrier iQ’s (now AT&T) worldwide consulting team and was responsible for managing pre-sales and delivering post-sales professional & analytical consulting services. Jamil joined Carrier iQ from Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he advised high-tech companies on new ventures, market entry opportunities, marketing & product strategies, and operational improvements.

Jamil earned a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science with honors from the National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India.

Slavik Farber started his career in information technology in 1993. Slavik has spent a large part of his career designing and developing software solutions for the behavioral healthcare industry. Prior to joining Streamline in 2004, he was a senior member of the development team at Askesis Development Group, Inc.

During his career, he participated in developing various enterprise level applications for companies such as Zacks Investment Research, Bank of America, College of American Pathologists and Quebecor World.

Slavik has a Bachelor’s and a Master of Science Degree in Computer and Engineering.

Wasif joined Streamline in 2011 and has undertaken critical responsibilities including establishing Streamline’s technical vision and leading all aspects of software development according to strategic direction and growth objectives. Wasif’s knowledge in computer science allows him to perform complex analysis and designs of software applications and architecture.

Wasif has been an integral part to the Executive team as he is responsible for the development of the SmartCare application’s core and custom modules. Before joining Streamline, Wasif held various leadership roles including a Senior Research Programmer position with Western Michigan University.

Wasif holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
