The General Superintendent role works closely in conjunction with the Project Manager to manage construction site activities to keep projects on schedule and on budget. reporting to the Project Manger regarding project-specific tasks. The responsibilities of this role include: Oversee projects and direct foremen and crews in the planning and completion of a variety of installation projects ranging from pond liners to underground detention units, to pavers and biofilters, to engineered product solutions such as Hydroturf. Anticipate project needs and potential problems Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient Develop the foremen and guide them in developing their crew. Maintaining professional relations and communications with the field crew, on-site contacts and project management team.
