**Job Summary:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Servers and Bartenders to be the face of our restaurant and provide a memorable dining experience for our guests. Our ideal candidates are hardworking individuals who can multitask effectively, work well in a team, and are committed to delivering outstanding service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
- Be knowledgeable on all menu items and be able to help guests with placing orders based on their tastes, preferences, diets or allergies.
- Be knowledgeable on all current promotions, specials and offers, and be able to apply them in accordance to our policies.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to the tables.
- Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks correctly and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean bar area.
- Managing bar inventory.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol law.
- Monitor guest dining experience, checking in periodically to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions, accurately and efficiently.
- Keep tables clean and organized, promptly clearing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
- Light lifting to stock products or cleaning and maintenance of the dining room.
- Participate in team training, meetings, and events to enhance knowledge and skills.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
- A positive attitude and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
- A positive attitude and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
- Must be at least 19 years old.
