Bess joins the uncommon collective as the new Chief People Officer bringing to Streetsense her wealth of collaborative experience in talent management, organizational development, culture building, performance management, change management, diversity and inclusion, career pathing, and general positivity.

Most recently, Bess was the CHRO at E&E News, where she saw the organization through a tripling in staff and revenue and helped lead E&E through its acquisition by Politico. During her time with E&E and Politico, she worked across executive leadership teams at both media enterprises supporting their growing, vibrant, diverse, and global talent base while guiding and implementing complex organizational and cultural integrations.

Christine is Streetsense’s Chief Growth Officer, managing global sales, marketing, and customer care. Christine lives and breathes both the employee and customer experience, and is an expert in growing brands and creating unique experiences that resonate with consumer audiences. Christine brings more than 25 years of experience in consumer lifestyle brands across travel and tourism, retail, hospitality, residential, office, and mixed-use environments. Christine built her career on growing relationships and understanding how to engage with consumers across the entire customer journey. She had founded, built, and sold three companies over her 25+ year career all with a focus on branding, content development, public relations, integrated digital communications, and interior design. Today, Christine leads the Streetsense growth strategy and is the principal managing many long-term client relationships across the globe. Christine is an active member of the LGBT and arts communities and involved in fundraising for multiple non-profits. Chris is a member of ICSC, DCBIA, ULI, CREW, and the AMA. In her free time she immerses herself in reading, art, architecture, travel and design to stay inspired.

Working closely with the CEO after the death of the company President, restructured the business to allow for growth to $500M+ and turn-over to next generation of leadership.

Leigh Ann Schultz is a Board Member at Shentel; Chief Financial Officer at Streetsense; and Founder and CEO at Vintage Advisory, LLC and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. She has worked as Division of Corporation Finance at Securities and Exchange Commission, Assistant Controller at TXU Communications, and Director at Alix Partners. Leigh attended Oklahoma State University between 1991 and 1994.

Siona Henderson is a Chief People Leader at Streetsense and is based in Columbia, Maryland. She has worked as Recruiting Manager at DIGIFLIGHT INC, Area Employment Manager & Employment Coordinator at Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and Director of Human Resources at South Moon Under. Siona studied at University of Maryland Global Campus.
