I spent last 20+ years leading Supply Chain & Procurement Transformation for Fortune 100 enterprises leading key initiatives for them on process automation and digital transformation. I was instrumental in building Genpact’s Supply Chain & Procurement Analytics and consulting business into a $700M P&L across Aerospace, Manufacturing, CPG, Healthcare and Retail. I have also helped clients realize significant improvement in business metrics with over $1.5BN+ in cost saving, $700M+ in Cash flow improvement and 20%+ improvement in “On time delivery” all clients combined. As a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner and Supply Chain Domain expert, I drive transformation combining Domain knowledge, Data Analytics and Digital Solutions. I have an entrepreneurial outlook, I am an Investor and advisor to ConnectE Technology LLC, an eCommerce start-up firm focused on Engineering talent.
