About the Role
Hinge Health is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join the legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal ops professional to join the market leader of Digital Health MSK services at a critical phase of the company's growth. The position offers the opportunity to work with a best-in-class Legal Ops function and a dedicated, talented and welcoming group of legal and compliance professionals.
As part of the Legal Ops team, the Legal Operations Manager will manage Legal and Compliance team operations by creating, managing, and improving processes for the efficient delivery of legal services by the Legal and Compliance team to stakeholders throughout the company. Duties will include managing strategic and high visibility projects, improving the use of legal technologies, improving workflows, developing process documentation and training. This position will also work cross-functionally across business teams and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to maximize the efficiency of the Legal team, create and execute plans to improve Legal Ops functionality and impact, and scale processes to support our Legal team and enterprise goals.
What You'll Accomplish
Work cross-functionally in project managing key company-wide initiatives driven by our team, building and tracking project features, milestones, and dependencies
Create processes and templates to organize projects, legal advice and document business processes
Provide ongoing assistance to various legal functions, including product, commercial, employment and compliance, including managing administration of the company's patent program
Build, manage and improve legal self-service and knowledge management resources
Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the legal team's performance and efficiency; create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide leadership with insights into legal spend and operational trends
Lead the selection, implementation, and management of legal technology solutions, including AI, e-billing, and ticketing systems
Oversee the entire outside counsel and legal vendor management lifecycle, including onboarding, billing, and performance tracking; manage and administer the legal team's billing platform
Develop and manage the legal department's annual budget and forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance

Basic Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree and legal operations management experience
2-3+ years experience in the areas of legal operations or project management, in-house or at a law firm preferred
Able to develop project plans and timelines, align key stakeholders and drive project completion
Experience breaking down processes and identifying key pain points to support business improvements
Able to prioritize effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize multiple high-importance activities, driving results
Exercise sound judgment, learn quickly and work well under time pressures

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Works collaboratively with physicians and coding staff to ensure that clinical information in the medical record is present and accurate so that the appropriate clinical diagnosis and level of severity is captured for the level of service rendered to all patients. Your Role on the Expedition:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the GGA Travel Assistance department, including the provision of effective, quality-driven assistance services to our customers. Manage the day-to-day operations of Travel Assistance, including the provision of effective, quality-driven assistance services to our customers
Partners closely with Travel Assistance Medical team, working together to establish processes with smooth handovers and focus on customer experience and safety

This role will also provide individualized support to clients with behavioral health needs and ensure successful coordination of care with appropriate resources. The position reports directly to the Behavioral Health Services Manager and requires a passion for mental health advocacy along with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deliverables effectively.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Behavioral Health Support: Conduct assessments of clients' mental health needs. Coordinate and connect clients with appropriate mental health services, resources, and community support systems. Provide ongoing support to the medical department related to behavioral health needs. Assist with group therapy coordination when available. Provide emotional support and crisis intervention when necessary.
* Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the mental health system and other relevant service systems.
* Project Coordination: Assist the Behavioral Health Services Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones for mental health grant initiatives. Coordinate project activities and collaborate with stakeholders including mental health professionals, service providers, and community organizations. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams to meet project goals.
* Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, project documentation, and data related to project outcomes. Ensure UDS measures are collected and recorded for behavioral health patients. Generate progress reports as requested.
* Resource Allocation: Assist in identifying resource needs for project components and support appropriate allocation. Work with the Behavioral Health Services Manager to optimize resource utilization.

Full-time Description
The Off-Hours Technical Support team is essential to ensuring our customers have a reliable, secure, and high-performing MEDITECH EHR system. This team addresses technical challenges impacting the system's core code, web infrastructure, and integrations (REST APIs). Beyond troubleshooting, the Off-Hours Technical Support team collaborates with customers and vendors on large-scale IT projects. This collaborative effort resolves a wide range of issues, including software bugs, hardware malfunctions, network problems, and functionality issues within the customer's MEDITECH EHR solution.
As a member of our Technical Support team, your job would involve:
Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, networking, operating systems, databases, cloud structures, and related areas
Collaborating with other members of the Off-Hours technical team to triage and resolve identified issues, including those within the infrastructure and/or applications
Serving as a front-line technical resource for recognizing and resolving issues in the EHR, understanding the critical nature of any system disruption in a healthcare setting
Working on scheduled customer technical projects during off-hours to minimize customer downtime. Examples include assisting with data center moves, hardware and software upgrades, Windows patching, system-level code delivery, etc.
Collaborating with customers and assisting vendor partners on large-scale IT projects involving software, hardware, network, and functionality issues with their MEDITECH EHR solution
The position is located in our Lowder Brook (Westwood) or Foxborough locations
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with one additional hour worked during the week to total 36 hours or four days per week, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Requirements
Bachelor's or associate degree with coursework in a computer-related field
Familiarity with Windows Server and desktop environments
LAN/WAN and PC maintenance skills
Experience with database management and architecture
Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Hiring salary range: $54,000- $66,000 per year. This position includes a 10% shift differential.
Actual salary will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
