Edgar Montes was named President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board in April 2018. Mr. Montes had previously served as President since December 2016 and Chief Operating Officer since December 2012. Prior to his appointment as COO, Mr. Montes held the position of Senior Vice President, Service Delivery Operations since March 2012, and also held the position of Vice President, Operations from November 2006 until March 2007. Prior to joining WageWorks, Mr. Montes held a variety of leadership positions with American Express, most recently as Vice President, Customer Service, where he was responsible for overseeing customer service, from December 1982 until November 2006. Mr. Montes holds an M.B.A., a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Real Estate from Arizona State University.

Mortimer J. "Tim" Buckley (born 1969) is an American executive at The Vanguard Group. The Vanguard Board elected him unanimously to succeed F. William McNabb III as chief executive officer upon McNabb's retirement at the end of December 2017.

Tammy Richmond, MS OTR/L, FAOTA is a leading expert in clinical rehabilitation and wellness services with over 30 years of experience. She is a consultant in practice operations and management, and an entrepreneur and leader in advancing emerging practice areas, including telehealth. Ms. Richmond’s interest in telehealth began in 2008. Since that time, her name has become synonymous with telerehabilitation as she is a recognized leader in this emerging area. She has co-authored national and international standards and guidelines and spearheaded policy initiatives to facilitate telehealth adoption and reimbursement. Ms. Richmond is an innovator of administrative and clinical management and is the author of a best-selling practice management textbook. She has authored 20 professional publications, has given over 100 professional presentations, and is an educator at a leading teaching institution, the University of Southern California, Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, (USC). Ms. Richmond is a recognized expert and mentor in private practice, entrepreneurship, marketing, reimbursement, and policy. She has dedicated the last 15 years to volunteer leadership and service in state and national professional organizations including the Occupational Therapy Association of California (OTAC), the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), and the American Telemedicine Association (ATA). Ms. Richmond also serves on several organization committees and professional workgroups including; OTAC Policy, Practice and Reimbursement Committee, AOTA Telehealth Ad Hoc Committee, ATA Telerehabilitation Special Interest Group (incoming Chair), American Medical Association Telehealth Coding Workgroup, and past UnitedHealth/OPTUM Professional Advisory Council.

Ben is an experienced entrepreneur, healthcare policy expert, and member of New York Governor Cuomo’s Health Benefit Exchange Regional Advisory Committee. Before founding BeneStream, Ben was the founder and managing principal of Hudson TG, a policy and political consulting firm, which under his leadership more than doubled in size and revenue in five years. Ben also was an antitrust litigator at Kaye Scholer LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. He earned his JD from Fordham Law School.

Kenneth Lin is an American tech entrepreneur. Founded in 2007, his best known business is Credit Karma, an online credit score monitoring service. He continues to serve as the CEO.

Sarah Kirshbaum Levy is the Chief Executive Officer of Betterment. Prior to joining Betterment, Sarah was the Chief Operating Officer at Viacom. During her time as COO of Viacom Media Networks, Levy oversaw global strategy, finance and operations for the $10Bn division that housed some of Viacom's iconic brands, including MTV, Comedy Central, and BET. Levy previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at Nickelodeon for over a decade. While at Nickelodeon, she drove expansion of the brand and business both organically and through acquisitions. She spearheaded Nickelodeon's entry into new segments generating more than $4Bn at retail, including digital gaming, consumer products, resorts, Broadway and theme parks, as well as subscription video on demand. Levy is currently a Board Member for The Lucius N. Littauer Foundation, Inc. (2012 to Present), ACON S2 Acquisition Corp (September 2020 to Present) and Funko (2019 to Present).
