The IT Systems Support Analyst role enhances the end-user experience and ensures system availability, enabling users to accomplish organizational tasks efficiently. Primary Job Function:
Developing and managing systems critical to the end-user experience, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) environments.
Develop and enforce IT lifecycle management frameworks for end-user accounts, devices, and compliance workflows.
Conduct systems analysis to evaluate current end-user environment and recommend enhancements that align with business goals and security standards.
Consult with end users to determine their technological needs and offer solutions based on company standards or recommend new standards to the head of IT Infrastructure for review and adoption.
Assist with ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and incident response planning and execution.
Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and serve as an escalation point for their support technicians, ensuring end-users receive the best service levels possible.
Provide Tier 2/3 technical assistance for escalated issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Be an active learner, stay abreast of the latest IT trends and updates, continuously learning and improving technical skills.
Collaborate with the team on technology rollouts and upgrades to ensure a seamless transition.
Participate in on-call duties to respond to critical incidents after hours.
Travel to other Strike facilities as required by the business, up to 20%

Experience:
4 + years of experience in an IT support role
2 years of college/technical study in the field or equivalent education and experience combined.
CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
Working knowledge of Windows Server Administration with Active Directory (Provisioning, Group

Experience configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and other office peripherals.

The purpose of the Fire Suppression Technician is to provide installation, inspection, service and/or repair of Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Exit Lights and/or any Pre-Engineered Suppression Systems including any associated Detection & Control Systems with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
* Use required tools and test equipment such as power machines groovers, cutters, band saw, lifts, etc. to repair or replace fire extinguishers, pre-engineered systems, and/or Detection & Control systems components.
* Comprehensive working knowledge of NFPA codes, standards, and systems such as all types of fire extinguishers, pre-engineered suppression systems and/or Detection & Control systems.
* Troubleshoot and identify defective components of pre-engineered suppression systems.
* Repair or replace damaged components of pre-engineered suppression systems as well as fire extinguishers and/or Detection & Control systems.
* Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
* Required to be punctual to required work locations and complete scheduled projects in timely manner.
* Use Field Service Lightning to track work orders, materials needed, time on job, etc.
* Complete documentation on work orders.
* Understand and follow SFS's Safety program, SDS book, Hazardous communication program, policies and procedures. Participate in weekly Toolbox talks. Employee must always know location all related safety documentation on each project.
* Ensure company provided vehicle is clean and well maintained as required by company policies.
* Periodically attend seminars or similar education/training sessions to stay abreast of latest technology, codes, and standards changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Training, Certifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
* State or any required certification, preferred.
Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:
* 2 Fire Life Safety Industry experience specifically within Fire Suppression.
* 2 years of professional computer skills.
Communication Skills:
* Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.
Other Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
* Must be able to comply with SFS's Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.
* Must be able to travel 90% of the time.

Job Description
At Strike our Pipeline Estimators play a key role in supporting our West Texas operations where we design, build, and maintain critical oil and gas infrastructure across the region. The Pipeline Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for pipeline, facility, and integrity projects, from concept through execution. This role ensures competitive and profitable bids that reflect Strike's field expertise, safety standards, and operational excellence. The Estimator works closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and field operations teams to develop comprehensive cost models and proposals that drive our success in the energy infrastructure market.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop Complete Pipeline Estimates: Prepare detailed cost estimates for oil and gas pipeline construction, gathering systems, facility tie-ins, compressor stations, and pipeline integrity work specific to Strike's West Texas business unit.
Pre-Bid & Client Interface: Attend client pre-bid meetings, review RFQs, technical drawings, and project scopes. Conduct site visits to evaluate field conditions and gather data impacting project cost and schedule.
Cost Modeling: Utilize Strike's approved estimating tools, databases, and historical data to build competitive bids that include direct labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor, and indirect costs.
Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with West Texas project managers and field leadership to validate assumptions, resource requirements, and production rates reflective of Strike's actual field capabilities.
Bid Strategy Development: Assist in developing bid strategies aligned with Strike's operational strengths and client expectations, ensuring accuracy and margin protection.
Estimate Review & Presentation: Participate in estimate reviews with leadership, presenting detailed cost breakdowns and justifications.
Continuous Improvement: Maintain and update Strike's cost history database, productivity metrics, and material pricing for ongoing accuracy.
Project Handover: Support project transitions by communicating estimate assumptions, resource allocations, and scope details to operations teams.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed of regional market conditions, competitor pricing, and West Texas labor and material trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years of experience estimating pipeline construction or facility projects within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of pipeline construction methods, welding and manufacturing, compressor/pump stations, and facility tie-ins.
Experience with Hard Dollar, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Onscreen Takeoff, Excel.
Proven track record preparing estimates from RFQs, P&IDs, isometrics, and client specifications.
Experience with unit rate and lump-sum estimating.
Prior field experience in pipeline or facility construction is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field preferred.
