ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Customer Development - Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals, incorporating “total office” account management where applicable.
Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise - Gather and validate key trends and dynamics in the market, map account linkages, and apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to uncover and prioritize unique opportunities.
Reimbursement - Consistently demonstrate the ability to stay informed on reimbursement dynamics, anticipate and effectively address payer access issues (IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) using Lundbeck resources.
Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance - Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory environment, including accountability and adherence to Lundbeck policies and procedures and FDA regulations regarding the promotion of pharmaceutical and medical products.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
2-5 years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually
Self-starter, with a strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication skills
Adaptability: Ability to embrace change and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Problem-Solving: Proven analytical skills to identify solutions and overcome obstacles.

The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range $108,000 to $125,000 and eligibility for a sales incentive target of $39,000. Become the Case Manager you always wanted to be
Work with interdisciplinary team, guiding treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to establish tentative discharge plan and contingency plans.
Participate in planning for and the execution of patient discharge experience.

Participate in case management on-call schedule as needed.
Qualifications
License or Certification:
Must be qualified to independently complete an assessment within the scope of practice of his/her discipline (for example, RN, SW, OT, PT, ST, and Rehabilitation Counseling).
If licensure is required for one's discipline within the state, individual must hold an active license.
Must meet eligibility requirements for CCM or ACM™ certification upon entry into this position OR within two years of entry into the position.
CCM or ACM™ certification required OR must be obtained within two years of being placed in the Case Manager II position.
Minimum Qualifications:
For Nursing, must possess minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN licensure with BSN preferred. A diploma is acceptable only in those states whose minimum requirement for licensure or certification is a diploma rather than an associate degree.
For all other eligible licensed or certified health care professionals, must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree and graduate degree is preferred.
2 years of rehabilitation experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
· Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.

Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Job Description
The Emergency Room Nurse provides professional nursing care based on current nursing knowledge through the use of Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) standards. This includes utilizing the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate patient care outcomes for a diverse age population-from neonates to geriatrics. The role is subject to scheduled on-call assignments as needed, influenced by community events impacting Emergency Department patient volumes.
Responsibilities
Triage every patient entering the emergency care system, determining priorities of care based on physical and psycho-social needs.
Conduct hourly rounding within the department and half-hour rounding in the waiting room for patients awaiting care.
Document in-depth nursing history including chief complaint and health care status.
Develop and implement a plan of care based on ongoing assessments, ensuring the availability of supplies and equipment.
Continuously update the plan to meet patient and family needs based on assessments.
Manage emergencies and complications following facility policies and ENA standards.
Recognize changes in patient health status, directing appropriate care for patient safety.
Document patient responses to interventions to facilitate medical care.
Provide health education to patients and families before initiating treatment.
Assist patients and families with accurate information on health status and referrals, documenting understanding of discharge instructions.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current Pennsylvania RN licensure.
Certification in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), with renewal every two years.
Certification in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), with renewal every two years.
Certification in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), with renewal every two years.
Valid National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
