Founded in 1903, Stroh Precision Die Casting is a family-owned, full service die cast manufacturer offering customers a complete product development program.
Founded in 1904, Stroh manufactured zinc and aluminum die castings and provided precision machining and assembly services at the Burleigh Street factory.
Rostad Aluminum of Wisconsin was founded in 1953 and serves the industrial, agricultural, and medical markets.
Stroh Die Casting had used a 130,000-square-foot plant at 11123 W. Burleigh St since 1955 and employed about 225 workers at its peak, Stroh said.
Great Lakes Die Casting, founded in 1974 as Dilesco Corporation, originally was known by the owners’ last names of Dillard, Essex, and Cope.
