Nepotism within the C-Suite. C-Suite is only concerned with growing their personal bank accounts.

Once you realize the BS that's fed to you, there aren't any.

I didn't. I already knew someone there.

How does your compensation at Stronghold compare to the industry average?

Middle Management and above is great. VP level and above is unbelievable.

What's the diversity at Stronghold like?

It's a conservative company. The alphabet will not help you. Employees across all ethnicities and genders. Executives are all friends or college friends of the founders, along with the occasional executive that was a customer at somepoint.

What brings you the most joy at Stronghold?

I don't work there.
