Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Spread, level, and smooth concrete using hand tools. * Set forms that hold concrete in place. * Finish concrete surfaces. * Mold expansion joints and edges using tool and straightedge. * Build the molds that retain wet concrete in the construction of concrete structures. * Anchor and brace forms and other structures in place, using nails, bolts, anchor rods, steel cables, planks, wedges, and timbers. * Assemble / Fastn material to make framework or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue. * Signal truck driver to position truck to direct pouring concrete and move chut to direct concrete on forms. * Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete, and waterproof or restore surfaces. * Wet concrete surface and rub with stone to smooth surface and obtain specified finish. * Fill holes and cracks with grout or slurry and smooth using trowel. * Push roller over surface to embed chips. * Build wooden molds, and clamp molds around area to be repaired using hand tools. * Conduct work with 100% integrity and professionalism. Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms, using rake or shovel. Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, using hand-held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping.
