AWS or ASME welding certifications are preferred. * Ability to accurately interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols. * Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. * Work Environment + Comfortable working in commercial and industrial environments to include confined spaces, elevated areas, and varying weather conditions. * Physical Requirements + Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb. + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted. + Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
