Summary:
Perform high-mix, low-volume SMT and through-hole assembly on complex PCBs.
Remove, replace, and repair bottom-terminated components (QFNs, BGAs, LGAs) using hot-air pencils, hot plates, and rework tools.
Conduct precise reflow, pre-heat, and cooling cycles per component-specific thermal profiles.
Operate and maintain X-ray inspection equipment to verify solder joint integrity on hidden pads.
Interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and BOMs to ensure accurate component placement.
Perform in-process quality checks (visual, AOI, X-ray) and document results per quality standards.
Troubleshoot solder defects (tombstoning, voids, bridges) and implement corrective actions.
Maintain an ESD-controlled environment and follow all safety and compliance protocols.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting tooling or process enhancements.
Work under a microscope for extended periods during inspection and rework.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 6 years of hands-on SMT and through-hole solder assembly/rework experience; aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in X-ray inspection, rework tools, and thermal profile management.
Skilled in reading engineering drawings, BOMs, and work orders.
Excellent troubleshooting ability and keen attention to detail.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Must pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide.

Summary:
Seeking a Real-Time C++ (2025) Embedded Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience developing embedded real-time Operational Flight Program (OFP) software for missile systems.
Work involves Linux/RTOS environments on multi-core processors.
Requirements:
Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
6+ years of C++ (2025) embedded real-time, object-oriented development using Linux on multi-core processors
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Inertial navigation
Guidance & autopilot
Launch sequence & control
Gimbal LOS control
IR seeker image processing
3+ years of experience with 1553 interface
3+ years working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) using GitLab and Bitbucket
Familiarity with FreeRTOS, Yocto, or Linux (CentOS7)
Working knowledge of C++ design patterns for embedded systems
Hands-on experience with software / firmware / hardware integration
Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (requirements ? design ? code ? integration ? test ? verification)
Familiarity with DevSecOps workflows and tools (CI/CD pipelines, automated testing)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Summary:
Aupports the Structural and Environmental Laboratories, providing environmental test solutions for R&D and production programs at MFC.
Focuses on the setup and execution of environmental simulation tests in accordance with program and MIL-STD requirements.
Tests include vibration, shock, and climatic exposures.
The technician will learn or operate all test equipment, safely handle and install test hardware, and execute environmental testing to meet customer specifications.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance (preferred if currently held)
High school diploma or demonstrated hands-on testing experience; degree not required
5+ years experience with MS Office/Windows
5+ years experience using hand tools, including torque wrenches, T-handles, and ratchets
Physical ability to climb ladders and move around large machinery
Ability to learn electromechanical principles (understanding electronic control of mechanical equipment and sensor signal generation)
Capable of obtaining ATF Explosives License
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Experience using powered tools (electric or pneumatic)
Prior work as a test technician in an aerospace environmental lab or equivalent
Strong aptitude with mechanical and electromechanical tools and instrumentation
Experience with vibration shakers, shock test machines, and climatic exposure chambers
Experience with vibration control software and programmable PID temperature controllers
Current DoD Secret Clearance and/or ATF Possessors License
