Summary - Be Sure These Are Highlighted on Resume: Drill, ream, fill, remove, and install fasteners; perform shimming and accurately measure and document data. Operate high-impact vibratory tools (bucking/riveting). Perform routine production assembly on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual operations. Fabricate and assemble aircraft structural parts following established processes and procedures. Use conventional lathe, milling, precision measuring tools, power, pneumatic, and hand tools. Read, interpret, and follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Utilize software applications including internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite, and other specialized programs. Adhere to high safety and compliance standards, including working with high-hazard chemicals. Work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). Perform physical tasks: lifting/carrying 10-35 lbs, bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, climbing, reaching overhead, head flexion/extension, walking, and balancing. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; vocational school or associate degree preferred. 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
