Calling on all departments within the hospital lab. his sales team sells Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment.
Drive sales growth on all lab product categories
Collaboration with acute care reps and IDN marker directors within your specific region
Making sales presentations of Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment
Establishing and nurturing customer and manufacturer rep relationships
Achieve sales growth goals as established
Developing a regular call cycle with key decision makers;
Managing and maintaining existing business, presenting new products to grow business
Heavy cold calling, targeting / prospecting new account opportunities;
Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial spirit and franchise mentality
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.
Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment;
Ability to present multiple product lines;
Excellent communication and organization skills;
Stable work history;

Computer proficiency especially MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Previous laboratory consumables and capital equipment sales experience preferred
Due to the nature of an outside salesrepresentative position, the ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site is required.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is commission and bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

The Sr. Surgery Plastic Surgery Sales Rep. position at Mentor Worldwide is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in the sales organization. The SPSR will support the Location geography by expanding the sales of Mentor products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction. Specific responsibilities include:
Develop Customers/Account Management
* Demonstrates effective product differentiation selling skills and business development by providing a consultative sales approach to the customer's business, developing effective pre-call plans, assessing customer needs, handling objections, presenting visual aids, closing, and following-up.
* Builds strong relationships and holds customers accountable to commitments; high level of customer interaction.
* Proficient in managing account growth; strong knowledge of business environment and products (educates the customer, seeks to understand customer circumstances, needs and concerns); motivates customers to become product advocates; builds strategic working relationships; ability to develop and service KOL's; allocate marketing programs.
* Ability to proficiently position the Mentor portfolio for both augmentation and reconstruction settings.
Productive and Efficient Territory Management :
* Meets productivity goals across product portfolio.
* Manages and executes across multiple product call points including private practice, surgery centers, and hospitals. Demonstrates ability to assess territory metrics to develop and implement territory business plans.
* Implements and promotes marketing programs in private practice setting.
* Meets sales training requirements set forth by senior leadership. Meets additional administrative requirements and timelines set by Regional Manager. Manages and completes all consignment audits before deadlines. Effectively maintains territory within Regional Travel and Budget.
* Proficiency of market knowledge; technical fluency across Mentor Portfolio and competitive product portfolios; knowledge of breast anatomy; demonstrates an expertise in supporting studies/material. Understands how individual tactics support the overall strategy and executes the marketing plan across the product portfolio. Ability to articulate strategy to customers, management and team members.
Requirements :
The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Aesthetics Industry / Medical Device Sales
* 4 or more years of medical sales experience and/or training
* Surgical Sales Experience Preferred
* Knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques and procedures, and medical terminology preferred
* Preferred Skills/Qualification
* Ability to identify decision makers and influence decisions
* Ability to manage and prioritize workload, multi-task and manage a diverse mix of issues, responsibilities and challenges
* Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

**Job Responsibilities:**

The Neuroscience SalesRepresentative will develop superior product and disease state knowledge that allows them to compliantly engage in in-depth clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals. Additionally, they will have responsibility for the creation of local strategic and tactical plans, differential resource allocation, and accountability for effective application of budget and expense management within their assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:
* Following compliance guidelines, drives sales performance to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded within assigned territory by calling on predominantly Primary Care HCP offices and select PC targets within both in-person and virtually.
* Develop superior product and disease state knowledge and effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
* Effectively uses assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives. Customizes discussions and client interactions based on customer's needs in a compliant and ethical manner.
* Function independently with sales proficiency to drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
* Maintains current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers. Routinely shares such information with relevant internal Intra-Cellular stakeholders.
* Provides input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region. Identifies and selects programs/resources available and appropriate for each customer, practice, and/or system.
* Provides special education to healthcare providers through appropriate programs that fall within ITCI's ethical guidelines.
* Works with District Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives. Capitalizes on formulary approvals and other business opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan.
* Collaborates with other Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II's on common objectives and sharing of best practices.
* Accountable for providing timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.
* Expected to meet or exceed all NSR deliverables.
* Effectively create and build a compliant business plan based on depth and breadth of customer business needs, resources and products.
* Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
