What You'll do as a MMC Assembler * Ability to assemble based on knowledge of the functions of major component parts and sub-assemblies within an assigned area. * Use and understand torque wrenches and test equipment, and troubleshoot. * Maintain published productivity standards on moderately challenging assemblies by utilizing a traveler, blueprint and standard work. * Maintain high quality standards (meet the departments published quality rating). * Maintain safe work areas and practice safe work habits. * Apply 5S tools to include the T-card system. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Heavy material and equipment are used for this production of this product. The ability to use lifting devices such as cranes, chains and slings is essential.
