I enjoyed the fast pace, my coworkers, my internal and external customers. Always tried to give my very best everyday.
There wasn’t anything I did not like working there.
Health care
Good benefits, cool workplace, great hours
Poor leadership, low pay, lack of experience in manufacturing process
Hours, and gym on campus
Friendly environment and excellent benefits, they allow you to kind of do your own thing as long as your getting your job done in a proper and efficient manor.
Dealing with some sales people can be difficult and frustrating
The medical bnefits
I enjoyed the atmosphere of this company. The people I worked with were great, the pay was fair, and I enjoyed my job in the marketing and event coordinating department.
I hated the way upper management handled promotions. They would often bring people in from other departments who had no clue what it is we did, versus hiring from our department where there were several people who were more than qualified for the position. For example. The 27 year old guy from HR, the guy from Dallas who was in communications, the gal from R and D.you see my point. This happened repeatedly in the last 4 years I was there, and it was what prompted me to quit.
Bonuses were decent and vacation time was very fair. I did have a corporate AMEX and a company paid iPhone - always had the newest model available.
