How You'll Contribute:
The AV Support ServicesTechnician is responsible for supporting the installation team in the deployment, maintenance, and repair of audio/visual equipment in client offices, events, and Lab environments.
This job involves travel at a regional/ national level, up to 30%.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience supporting a variety of audio/visual equipment in a corporate/ workplace setting.
What You'll Do:
Deployment and Maintenance:
Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment in client offices and external event locations.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Troubleshoot and repair AV equipment as needed.
Event Support:
Provide on-site AV support for events, including setup, operation, and breakdown.
Assist presenters with technical aspects of their presentations.
Coordinate and book travel arrangements for assigned events.
Lab Support:
Manage and prioritize support tickets for custom lab projects.
Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Client Communication:
Interact with clients in a professional and technically proficient manner.
Address client inquiries and concerns regarding AV equipment and services.
Inventory Management:
Request, order, and track inventory of AV equipment.
Manage shipping and logistics for equipment deliveries and returns.
Documentation and Processes:
Maintain accurate records and update documentation, SOPs, and data collection sheets.
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab spaces.
Stay informed about various client-specific platform and product solutions.
Lift and handle equipment within OSHA weight requirements.
Complete required training in construction safety, OSHA, lab procedures, and company standards.
What You'll Bring:
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills/Qualifications:
1-3 years' experience in corporate onsite AV support
Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment and systems.
Experience in event setup and support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with Google products and platforms is a plus.
Ability to lift and handle equipment within OSHA weight requirements.

Responsibilities
Disassemble locks such as padlocks, safe locks, and door locks, and repairs or replaces worn tumblers, springs, and other parts.
Insert new or repaired tumblers into lock to change combination
Cut new or duplicate keys

Required Qualifications
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or
Six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and repair central plant equipment, including chillers 100 tons and larger, motors, pumps, valves, controls, cooling towers, vane axial fans, and other auxiliary equipment.
Overhaul of centrifugal chillers a plus.
Familiar with all aspects of rigging.
Support the office with recommended repairs from delivery to completion.
Availability for emergency service calls “on-call” through normal rotation.
Responsible for end-to-end testing, programming, start-ups, and commissioning.
Schedule and manage site-wide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties for chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment.
Perform daily and monthly preventative maintenance on all associated equipment of chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment.
Ensure completion of maintenance within the scheduled month and allocated time.
Maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers
Provide technical support and troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all on-site equipment.
Attend monthly safety meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Work directly with the Chiller Field Supervisor on new and existing customer opportunities or issues.
Qualifications
5 years of work experience at the journeyman level and technical schooling.
Commercial/Industrial air conditioning experience required.
Knowledge of Chiller, HVAC, and Central Plants.
HVAC large tonnage field knowledge is required.
Must be available for emergency service calls “on call” through normal rotation.
EPA certified.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various types of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. This includes HVAC systems, walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, display cases, and other refrigeration equipment commonly found in restaurants, grocery stores, and other commercial establishments.

Responsibilities:

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in commercial refrigeration technology.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and their components.
Familiarity with various refrigerants and their properties.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

When provided with the necessary service literature, has the technical expertise to service, perform maintenance and repair most:
DX equipment up to 100 tons
Packaged, water-cooled AC units up to 150 tons
Water source heat pumps and associated equipment
Computer room type units with self-contained humidifiers and controls
Gas fired and electric heating systems found in commercial equipment up to 150 tons
Pneumatic, electronic and modular DDC control systems generally associated with commercial HVAC systems
Air handling equipment including VAV systems typically found in larger commercial systems
Starts system, observes operation, reads gauges and instruments and adjusts mechanisms such as valves, controls, and pumps to control level of fluid, pressure, and temperature in system
Provides repair of requested equipment which includes replacement or adjustment of defective or work parts/components in order to return systems to fully operational
Performs proper evaluation and diagnosis of malfunctioning equipment at customer sites; which may include bringing questionable situations with equipment and/or customers to the immediate supervisor's attention

Performs cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils, fan and ductwork

Qualifications
