If you are a good salesman you are promoted and rewarded.

Cons of working at Stubbe & Associates

The management team are sales staff so if there is a dilemma they focus on how to bring in the billable time and laugh if you ask about a case management concern.

Stubbe & Associates benefits

No one oversees anything so you can do whatever you want to do as long as you bill those files. You can have meetings and Happy Hour all afternoon as long as you bill the time to an account.
