Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in nursing, counseling, healthcare, or related field required. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of relevant professional experience is required. Previous experience developing, operationalizing, and enhancing outpatient and/or inpatient alcohol and other drug use (AODA) services as well as supervisory/management experience. CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES Valid Wisconsin Driver's License required with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR), per FHC guidelines.
