Geoffrey studied at HEC Liège between 1997 and 2002 and LIUC - Università Cattaneo between 2000 and 2000.

As CFO of StubHub, Greg Mrva is responsible for StubHub financial planning, accounting, analysis, operations, management, and strategy. Greg brings more than two decades of finance and operating experience at leading investment banking and Internet companies. Prior to Stubhub, he was managing director of Global Internet Banking at Morgan Stanley, and served as global head of Internet investment banking for Barclays. Previously, Greg was vice president of Mergers and Acquisitions at Yahoo!, and he also was vice president of corporate development at Mpath Interactive. Greg also held a variety of private investing and investment banking roles at Texas Pacific Group, Montgomery Securities and Goldman Sachs.
