Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Provide support to students at the Student Life desk and related tasks to desk coverage. * Assist in planning student activities and other functions supporting Student Life at all University sites including coordinating entertainment, marketing/advertising, operations, and assessment/evaluation. * Assist with asynchronous student activities and programs, including managing Social Media platforms that represent the Student Life department. * Assist with allocating and processing all Athletics, Student Life, Student Affairs, Student Concerns and Athletic Training purchasing cards to the correct budget line on Visa Management Program. * Aid with reviewing and coding all invoices, ensuring appropriate documentation are attached, university policies and procedures are adhered to, and approval is received. * Utilize computerized software (Excel, word) to perform and maintain budget ledgers. * Copy and file all completed invoices, check requests, monthly p-card statements and any paperwork relating to budget transactions. * Promote and foster an inclusive and diverse environment for all students, faculty, and staff. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Life or the Student Affairs Budget Manager. Hours of Employment: Generally, Monday - Friday, 29 hours per week between the hours of 10:00 am - 6:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm or as needed. The incumbent must be flexible with their hours to meet the needs of the department and the University. Hours and site may vary based on need.
