Job Responsibilities Assist lead teacher with presenting lessons. Create and distribute educational content. Assist teacher in keeping all the students engaged in lessons and activities. The Teacher Assistant is responsible for assisting a classroom lead teacher with the general supervision and management of a class of children. He or she must be knowledgeable in developmentally appropriate practices and will assist teachers in supervising all children in their room ensuring activities and curriculum are adhered to as required by the Director.
