* Responsible for pre-launch and periodic post-launch website reviews. This includes visual and automated testing of website content and technical requirements, browser and device compatibility and accessibility standards.
* Perform QA testing of all website development and updates to fulfill ITSM service requests. This process follows an iterative workflow between the QA Team and developers to ensure updates are accurate and complete.
Drupal Site Building
